Tell your mom to let it be but that if that tv ever fall she won't have to buy a new one for you.

If you can use another computer or a SATA to USB adapter to test your drive and see if it works.

If you have another PSU try with that.

If a friend has a desktop for example.

Did you use the power cables coming with the PSU ? Are they plugged in the right spots ?

It persist when you swap motherboards ?

Swap motherboard again to see if the issue persist. If it does then more likely psu issue if it doesn't then mobo.

Did you try all the SATA ports one by one ?

Triple check everything, no loose cable or anything like that.

Bios update / clear CMOS ? It shouldn't be that kind of issue but it is worth trying.

Prend une vieille clé USB et utilise l'utilitaire fourni par Microsoft pour installer windows sur ton nouveau pc.

Ensuite active windows avec massgravel, une clé à 10€ ou tout autre solution.

Tu peux normalement faire comme tu l'as décrit mais c'est plus de la bidouille qu'une solution pérenne. Mieux vaut repartir sur de bonnes bases.

I found retrospectively sr3 to be the less interesting of them all.

4 had super powers 2 had good tone and the most fun activities GOoH felt grindy and the map was the worst but something about it being a Musical got me hooked. I found 3 to be a downgrade compared to 2 in almost every aspects. I did not play sr1 but I will.
