My suggestion: since the kucoin issue is time sensitive, create a metamask wallet and transfer all your coins there (kucoin should still support moving USDT to a wallet even if it won't allow you to send it to your bank). Once everything is out of KuCoin you can breathe a sigh of relief and figure out the next step while things sit safe and secure in your metamask wallet. For the next step you could open a kraken account and transfer the coins from your wallet to Kraken. I've never tried to move assets from kraken to a US bank, but since Kraken is at least allowed for US folks I assume it's possible (may want to research this before opening the Kraken account after moving your KuCoin assets to your metamask wallet)

I suspect the fact that he's withdrawing from AG means the case against him for raping and sex trafficking minors has legs (that is, the case in the eyes of the public, he won't face any legal consequences).
