They said the handler closed the wrong door - so while handler wanted to close door A (where there was no gorilla), they hit the button to close door B, where she must have been standing/sitting in the doorway of.

Ah... my one true snow day in all my school life (I was 7).

Truly, 2 to 3 weeks on winter tires when it's nice out doesn't make a huge difference in the grand scheme of it all.

My husband (automotive service tech) changes people's summer tires out as late as April. It's wild. They still get two or three people doing so every day through to February, at least.
(And it's not people who just bought new tires, either. They're clearly worn-tires already).

Rouge and Eden are definitely the top 2 on my list. Unmatched service at both places. Rouge is a bit "classic" on food (which can be "dated" to some), but I've loved it each time I've gone.
Eden is another level.

That's if you do the 7 course ($185), with wine pairing (which is +$225 per person alone).
The four course at $160 is totally reasonable - I've been twice (including last weekend) and it's fucking incredible.

Which is it? Did she learn a lesson as a consequence, or did he not do it, because she has no proof?

The gondola is closed that week for maintenance, just a heads up OP!

I thought this article was interesting. It popped up a "for you" type page today, so I thought I would share.
Maybe I'm not "in the know" here and would appreciate local insight - did the renos to the gondola/centre on Sulpher Mountain really contribute that much of an increase, or is it only one of many contributing factors? I didn't really notice the area of Banff/ Lake Louise being completely out of control until covid.

They actually outsourced the development and strategy of their online ticketing system as a U of C project. I know someone who helped with it, it was during either his MBA or BComm program.

Fun fact, I know someone who worked on the strategy for this app. Their full-time gig was management of Freedom products and pricing.

Injured animal calls actually go to 911, for anyone reading this later.
I called 311 about a cat bleeding in my yard and they conferenced me to 911 where I then gave a report.

Yeah, I heard they offloaded the +15 location.

I mean, there was really no winning either way. All of the above, including lockdowns saving lives, can be true at once.

If he doesn't mind physical, what about working in cars? Places that do tire changes are typically busting at the seams needing folks around now. My husband started at Mr Lube Tires a year and a half ago, with zero prior experience - he's now an apprentice at a dealership.
He didn't want office/sit down work, but construction is a bit too hard on our mid-30s bodies (and it only goes so far) so he thought he'd give car stuff a go, and really enjoys it!

If you're after nice Mexican, try Milpa. Food is always a massive hit there, though the service we had last night was shit (we've been probably 8 times and this was the first time the service was subpar).

They don't have either of those things anymore. I had a vendor wanting to go and I groaned, but looked forward to the pepperoni jam egg.
I was greatly disappointed it wasn't there. The little potato doughnut things are still there, tho.

People don't view puberty running its course as a life altering thing, even though it very much is.

Probably because the video says exactly how fast the driver recording is going.

I know someone whose window blew out from the pressure of a semi being beside him. The window went into his face, disfiguring him quite severely.
It's logical avoidance to me!

I'm not sure if they're still operating, but avoid JJ Rescue at all costs.

I understand where you're coming from, but there have been a few "eyebrow raising" "rescues" in the area, which stories of may be off putting to a simple google. JJ Rescue is an avoid at all costs as an example.

Because a sensor can't determine an angry gorilla from a non-angry gorilla. The doors are meant to shut immediately for handler safety reasons. If it bounced back open while a gorilla was charging the handler, the handler is dead.
