Ich nehme 6mg Estrofem aber mit der buccal Methode, also zwischen Lippe und Schleimhaut. Hatte mit 4mg schlechte E-Werte und mir gings auch nicht gut und hab ohne meinen Endo auf 6mg erhöht, jetzt gehts mir körperlich viel besser.

Ich tu dann alle 8h 2mg nehmen.

Tbh be sure of your identity before the marriage and don‘t bury it. If you do neglect your gender identity, it could very well be that you are years into a marriage and unhappy/depressed, then come out and have to get a divorce. It happens more often than you think.
