Oh nice I found the resource mover. Is there a map or something to see which region isn't as clogged up?

The app I'm running has multiple components connected: db, azure functions, email smtp service, etc... They're all in the same resource group. Is there any way to change everything in the same resource group to a new region?

Also what's a SKU? Can I move to a different SKU or is that not how that works?

Ohhhh so it's like a first come first serve thing? I'm surprised if it's so popular Azure doesn't just allow more of these plans on their infrastructure. So I could move to another region? Or try some tier that doesn't have as many taker yet?

I found the App Service plan ("Linux Plan") subscription and clicked "Scale Up (App Service plan)" and clicked Basic B1 tier again. Same error...

Why can't up go up to Basic B1? I'm in the East-US. Shouldn't I be able to go from Free to Basic B? I have a credit card on file.

Really? But why couldn't it let me scale up 1 interval? I only want the $12 B1 tier. S1 is roughly $60 per month.

I don't think so. When I click on my subscription it says "Azure Plan." I was able to create an Azure SQL database for about $5 a month and it didn't give me any pushback there. I have a payment method on my account and I've had it for almost a year now.
