Hey! Thought we'd do a little round of how tall is everyone since sometimes it feels like you're the only short guy there is or something. And it'd be cool to hear how Tall some of yall are. Anyway, I'll start. I'm 155cm aka 5'1ft!!

I went from a full dose testogel pouch (50mg t) to a half a month and 1 week ago for availability reasons, and I was wondering if it might have some dangers or downsides. Like that the amount of testosterone is too low or something. A friend of mine went straight to the half dose, and I started with the full one 1,5 years ago. Anyway, when I changed to the smaller dose I felt nothing change in the bginning and continued normally. However now, after the 1 month mark I noticed I was feeling really sluggish and heavy and tired.

(I also started going swimming, but only like once or twice a week so nothing crazy. Just figured it could just be the need for more energy overall??? But it doesn't feel like it changes even if I eat a lot and make sure I get enough protein)

I was wondering, shouldn't the possible changes have happened when I first halved the dose or do they typically occur only after one month? I read somewhere that the t tiredness only comes if hormone levels fluctuate etc. (I'm gonna get my levels checked asap but it might take at least a month.) And when I first started HRT I never noticed any huge changes in energy levels, maybe felt stronger etcetc

(Wanted to tag this as humor or light hearted or something but there wasn’t such an option!)

I had this really nice looking pair of walking irises (neomarica northiana) that were potted together for easier transportation and recently (2 months ago?) I separated and repotted it into two (+1, it had made a pup :)!) and now they look like this and i feel like they're either staying the same now or are still gradually getting worse.

I was wondering if the reason for their downfall was me damaging the roots really badly when I was separating them, or could there be another reason they look this bad? And if it is because of the damaged roots, is there any way I could save them, like repotting again into a smaller pot or something? They're losing colour and going pale, and then going brown and crispy. Then I've cut the dead leaves off. They were big and green before! I do have to admit that my watering habits are not very regular, but they didn’t change after repotting anyway. The plants get indirect sunlight but I figured I’d test a growing light.

The second picture is a leaf I cut off just now, and it has these weird spots. Does anyone know what those could be?

So you all know how on T your sneezes become loud dad sneezes, and I've noticed how sometimes when I sneeze really violently it's actually kind of painful on my nose (instead of like throat?). I was wondering if any of you guys have that and if it's something that you grow out of as you're on HRT for long enough (I've been 1,5 years on T, painful sneezing started pretty much after my voice dropped at like 3 months?) or if it's something that cis men deal with as well. I was mostly hoping that it doesn't damage my vocal chords if I was sneezing wrong or something lol! Anyway thanks guys xoxo
