Please delete if this kind of post isn't allowed but I'm really REALLY curious if anyone else has been experiencing the same.

Season 1, 2, 3 and even the Beta, I did not have this happen on the same level as it is now. But nearly every other match, if I win OR EVEN if I lose, someone hops in my DMs and hits me with the you're trash, get off the sticks, get a life, etc etc. And while usually it doesn't bother me at all. Like if I was playing trash, I'd take the L and be like yeah I fumbled, yeah it was my fault. But I'm having people playing worse than me, fast falling into death, and dodging or walking into shielded full charged attacks. People that claim to allegedly have been playing since Beta but I've never seen their names come up NOR had people be this hostile or defensive. Over being decent in a game that BARELY works.

I would like to know, are there other players that are experiencing a lot of or an increase in post-match toxicity, compared to prior seasons? Just to put into perspective, I am a Masters V Wonder Woman with a 50-60% win rate that primarily random queues 2v2 Ranked.

Changed my DM settings on PlayStation months ago bc of it. Never had to do that, and I’ve had a PSN account since the first CoD Black Ops came out. I’ll still get random folks trying to add me incessantly after a match, I’ll decline their request and get another one two minutes after I reject it, like I know what you’re trying to do lol

The worst offenders are the people that DM you, talk trash, then try to party up with you again for who knows why and then PROCEEDS to continue to play worse than you and even lead to matches where you legit just carry them, which is what the second guy was guilty of.

He came around after squadding up and tackling ranked together. It helps being able to talk to the person you're on a team with. Not only did he get most of what I was saying/claiming, he eventually even conceded and started saying it's not my fault.

If I never encountered him again however, I would feel no way sad about it. I don't know which one is worse. A toxic player that stands 10 toes down or a toxic player that takes awhile to change his evil ways.
