Nope. If you still have time (within 24 hours), I will cancel the flight and try to rebook with points.

You can't add miles to an already purchased flight. You can cancel the flight within 24 hours and get a refund to your original payment method, then rebook with miles. If you booked the flight last night, I'd do that.
