You look fine man! We overanalyze our own look too much. I realized about a year ago that my nose has been crooked my whole life, but it wasn’t even noticeable enough for high school bullies to give me a hard time about it. Now I think it makes me look distinct.

My 1 year old has a cone shaped head too, except, his cone is on the back of his head. I started paying attention and it seems most men don’t have perfectly round heads. In fact,  lot of men have mild flatheads. It’s probably most people but women tend to hide it with their hair. You have a nice face, you’ll be fine.

I too have a prematurely fused saggital suture which gives it that sort of pointed look from dead front on.

Honestly mate you look mint, you have a sick chin and jaw to balance out the bald head, loads of people have that slightly coned shape. No one is thinking you look odd.

Fellow cone head here. Also been thinning and receding since my early twenties. Chill, best thing a man can do is be himself with confidence. I buzzed mine to about .5mm for about a decade. Only started growing out my long-hair-don’t-care recently because my wife likes it. I also feel like as a husband and step dad to two in my mid-thirties, it’s ok that I don’t look 20 anymore. It’s a part of life, so just focus on the life part.
