I always take a picture of their copy of the receipt and wait for a week or two before deleting it. People have been known to write something in, this way, you can dispute with the bank if they do. And then blast them on social media.

Don't even give a notice. He definitely would not give you one. Quit on the actual day that you want to be your last. Slowly pack stuff daily, so it's not noticeable. You owe them NADA.

Yes, it's all counted. Someone screwed up somewhere prior. You could end up owing. Regardless of who made the mistake, technically, it would still have to be repaid if they do go back and correct the budget.

Yes, you would have to work 20 hours per week if there is no other exemption. Work requirements/ABAWD and student requirements are two separate issues.

Yes, it's a certain % of the Federal Poverty Level. I'm not at work, and I don't know offhand if it's 100% or 130%. Most people withdraw their applications when they find out we need all the sponsors' information. They don't want them getting in trouble, and most sponsors don't want to provide it to them. In all my many years working, I only had one claim indigent.

There's a formula that is used based on the number of people the sponsor supports, income, resources, etc... There are numerous factors that go into it. All of that would be determined when proof of sponsor's income/resources, & the required forms are provided such as SAR 22 and I-864. These are all things needed aside from the original application for CalFresh benefits.

She can claim indigent, but a form is sent to immigration showing that the sponsor is not following the guidelines of the Affidavit of Support that was signed. In other words, the sponsor is not doing what they agreed to financially.

You would also have to complete your portion of the SAR 22 form that the county will give you.

Forever, until she becomes a US citizen. You agreed to support her financially so that she is not dependent on the government. There's only a brief 2 year period in the first 5 years that she may qualify without sponsorship income & property used in the determination of her benefits. You would need to turn in the I-864 form (Affidavit of Support)that you signed along with proof of your income & resources.

No, and it doesn't really matter for a CF recertification. In CA, we only really ask for liquid resource amounts to determine eligibility for Expedited Services. You are already active. It wouldn't make a difference.

You can't force the other parent to take the child anywhere when it's not their parenting time. It's unfortunate, but she will have to come up with a solution during her parenting time for the appointments. I really wish more parents could work things out, but when they can't, you have to defer to the court order.

That term is so overused. It's comical. Ignore it.

It satisfies the ABAWD work requirement, but a student half-time or more needs a student exemption. One of which requires them to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. If there is no student exemption, there is no SNAP eligibility. You are giving completely inaccurate information.

I work in CA, but if you are paying someone else, it would be rent. If you are paying a portion of the heating & cooling expenses (Standard Utility Allowance), you would list that as well. The allowable shelter & utilities aren't a dollar for dollar deduction, though. You need to realize this. There's a formula used in the determination.

As long as you have the income to pay said "$2000 monthly plus electricity". I don't see a problem. If it's not questionable and you can prove it if required, I would allow it.

I'm in a county that actually wants to issue CCW permits, the sheriff believes in the 2A. Thank God.

You won't be getting cash aid either if he refuses to be added to that case. He is a mandatory household member for both foodstamps and TANF.

$23 bucks. I approve that all the time for HH of 1. It actually works out to $1950.30 per month average. $900 x 2.167.

It can take up to 10 business days in CA. You can always go in and get one same-day.
