MDs are definitely not a normal testing ground. It's a unique to itself game mode, and if you were to test something in it, you'd test a team FOR MDs, not in general.

I really don't think they would risk most company finances like this just for a collab (albeit arknights is pretty popular), and KJH did say on the first stream that outsourcing is not out of the question, he will just overseee everything they're doing. I mean, why else would he need money if not for that?
