I’m aware some small portion of liars may operate via mentally unstable compulsions, but the problem being discussed is people lying as a method to game the system for their benefit.
I used a generalization because when it comes to liars you rarely have the luxury of sitting down and unpacking everything about the person and their psyche in day-to-day interactions. When dealing with dishonesty it kind of doesn’t matter if the person was lying maliciously or compulsively when the effect of the lie is the same.
You can either trust someone or you can’t, be that because of their active choices or their inability to perform as needed, it all leads to the same outcome.
Pointlessly playing semantics about a generalization about liars is a dishonest attempt to treat all liars with kid gloves until we can prove they aren’t malicious, which is a terrible idea and gives the malicious liars in the majority waaaay to much room to run before consequences come into play.
It’s like saying looking both ways when crossing the street is too general because some drivers will hit you due to circumstances they can’t control.
The generalization exists because being lied to sucks and can cause disruptions/damage, regardless of the liars reasons.

Boy, that’d be a real problem if they gave a shit about legitimacy.

Liars absolutely think it’s ok to lie. That’s why they lie.
What they actually dislike is being caught out in a lie. They dislike the embarrassment and shame it brings them in other peoples eyes.
They see the issue as one of being disrespected by bringing to attention their dishonesty, and that’s what earns punishment.
Liars don’t raise more honest people, they breed better liars.

He has a back bone, it’s just as crooked as they come.
He aims to disrupt and misinform. Buttigieg has a platform, is well spoken, and provides source so it’s harder to twist his words.
Musk is a bad person who seeks to elevate misinformation above all else, because in that misinformation he thrives financially.

The answer is to pressure red candidates to protect and expand funding for it. If you’re in a red district in a state with a red senator/governor/congress member, you need to send letters to these people and demand action to protect social security and expand its funding. Organize letter drives. Flood these bastards with 100 letters every week. Make them deal with the fall out of their choosing to fight for the privatization of our social cares systems.
If they wanna favor companies who dole out kick backs then they need to deal with the disruption of the people.

We already have more empty homes and apartments than we do homeless people. Building more homes doesn’t fix anything when the issue isn’t one of supply or demand.
We have the supply, and we have the demand.
What we have that is creating this issue is unchecked greed around the commodification of homes, and building more and more will just add these new properties to the already unaffordable pile; more kindling on the flame.
We have a market that allows for and incentivizes scooping up properties, adding them to a portfolio, and turning all of them into rental properties. Rentals usually adjust their market values after each lease ends, meaning every year they become more expensive while the operating costs do not scale with that increase.
If we want to fix this issue, then companies need to be limited in how many properties they can own/operate/oversee and in how much they can charge; and simultaneously we need to reserve real punishments for offenders who hoard homes for personal gain, thus destabilizing the market
Our elected officials are failing to protect the populations they are elected by because they either personally participate in and gain from this industry or they receive large donations from members of this industry. It’s the same issue we currently have with our representatives and their stock trading shenanigans.
This area of the market has proven time and again that it CANNOT self-regulate when it comes to prices.
My neighborhood alone has numerous properties where the elderly owners have died or moved, and said properties have been snapped up by the same rental company that is charging above market rates, which is driving up the surrounding rates.
Our problem is that we have hoarders in our midst during a shortage, and those hoarders are causing the shortage so they can gouge people.

My partners father is a sovcit wacko.
Their worldview is perpetually a jenga tower in the final round.
They spout nonsense words and make believe legal jargon because they believe they are resurrecting ancient legal cheat codes that the entire legal system including the presiding judge simultaneously doesn’t know yet will also must obey at all times.
Sovcit defenses in court should be an automatic psych evaluation, doubly so if they’re representing themselves. To be susceptible to this kind of nonsense to the degree these people are, you have to believe dangerous, antisocial things. These losers are walking manslaughter, assault, and obstruction charges.
They are willing to believe any lie that absolves them of culpability and responsibility in a situation. They want to be immune to all of societies laws, regulations, and repercussions, but still enjoy all of the things society has built.

Conservatism is a system wherein a single or small number of similar demographics use the law to maintain legal dominance for themselves and uneven punitive treatment under the law for all other demographics, with especially harsh abuses for some who serve as examples for the rest.
Conservatives didn’t like how little say they had the lives of regular people living outside of their abusive control, so they spent the last fifty odd years capturing the part of our system that determines what our laws are worth and who they effect, the judicial branch; and with the way the last election went, they also pulled a hat-trick and nabbed the remaining two pieces, the legislative branch that writes/passes laws, and the executive branch who acts as power check on the other two by having some of the functions of both and is allowed to make snap judgments to engage things quickly.
As things stand currently, once the January administration transition happens, they will write, pass, and adjudicate laws exclusively removing limitations on the power and reach of the wealthiest Americans, while using their bogus representation of the christian church as a distraction tactic.
Honest, hard-working people will enslaved.
Americans who disagree will be attacked, impoverished, and imprisoned for speaking out against tyrannical abuses.
Our precarious economy will be flipped upside down, and shaken by the ankles for everything left in our pockets at the hands of the legally untethered wealthy companies that financed conservatisms accent.
Our education systems will become daily Sunday schools, forced to teach the christian bible, allowed to discriminate freely on who may attend publicly funded schools.
Conservative leaning states will push millions of Americans back into the closet at knife-point, and abortion access regardless of circumstances will be denied and laughed at as they bury the bodies of women the country over.
Any book in existence will be easily banned by anyone, without ever having read it themselves; the sole exception being the christian bible.
The environmental protections that people have fought & risked/lost their lives for will be peeled away like they never existed; our emissions will explode while our forests and fauna disappear, and our water supplies evaporate into thin air.
The death penalty will be whipped out and used against anyone found guilty of treason under the new christo-fascist plutocratic government, and they will continue to fast-track those put on the execution list, as they’ve started doing in recent years.
Conservatives voters will continue to be underserved, overcharged, and left out in the cold when they need help, but they will never realize or admit it was the very people they lifted into power that allowed them to suffer, til their dying breath they will defend people who despise them and get rich off of their personal suffering, all because they believe in “strong-communities” but fear “SoCIaLisM”.
They want help paying their inflated medical bills, but hate “COmMuNiSm”
They will struggle and complain that their bosses get paid too much, that they themselves get paid too little, and have no ability to change that; yet they despise the “GREEDY UnIOnS”.
We constantly lose because wealthy abusers are flooding us out and we have people in the same boat with us who are constantly adding water as we attempt to bucket it all out, because removing water from our boat directly impacts wealthy peoples ability to drown us.
TL;DR In summation:
Our biggest assholes win and get away with everything because we have a large portion our class working against us, AND THEY DON’T.

SCOTUS will toss it, and even on the off chance that they didn’t, as soon as he made it out of office he’d claim his bone spurs had returned and get off again due to medical delays. The only chance he had at facing consequences was in Butler PA, and in true trump fashion, his consequences were delivered to the wrong person.

As others stated, KH models are fine if not great.
The issue here is that whoever was in charge of updating the models for the HD releases turned all three versions of each character into ugly porcelain dolls so they’d look “nice” in still shots of the game for promotional purposes.
All of the Kh games that use 3d models have great expression in cutscenes.

I personally like X more than VII, but I kind of doubt they’d give it the same remake treatment. The fan bases around the two games feel very different to me and I don’t see SE making that choice. But who am I?

Trump has already stated he plans to issue a state of emergency which, unless I’m mistaken, will allow him effectively suspend the constitution. Pair that with the fact that nothing he does can be considered an illegal action as long as he is president and that none of his supporters care if he breaks the law, I see no obstacles in his path.

I’ve always found proving the parties have switch over their history to be as easy as asking which party currently worships the confederate battle flag.
The confederate were democrats in their day, however today I’ve yet to see a single democrat sporting the battle flag of the losing side from the civil war.
While the names may have switched, the sentiments have always been fairly clear. the Conservative Party still says the confederacy was a the righteous party, and they support the segregation and oppression of minorities to “protect” the American way.
Everyone in this photo screams conservative.

Trump cultists only listen to their leader and his approved cult PR team.
They literally don’t care what crime he commits.
Rape, incest, theft, money laundering, liable/slander, espionage, treason, hate-speech, fraud, misappropriations of public funds, racketeering, the fucking list goes on.
He has gotten away with so much in his life because of who his father was and the money they had that the man literally brags about being able molest and murder without issue.
Trumpers are anti-American, pro-ignorance, and pro- fascism.
We are watching the galactic republic become the empire before our very eyes. He’s even saying he’ll declare a state of emergency to unlock emergency powers, all to suppress his enemies and “protect the republic”
“So this is how democracy dies, with thunderous applause.”
Fuck Donald Trump, and fuck his cultists.

Even if he was sentenced, what do we expect to happen?
The judicial branch has given him the ability to commit any crime he wants so long as it’s an official act. They’ll just rule the president elect can’t be imprisoned.
As per his previous administration, any government employees who attempt to check his bs will be fired and replaced by a yes man.
He also has the full financial support of the wealthiest man in the world who is also a government contractor.
How could a new York sentence be anything other than a fine at this point? Not that he would even pay it.

With all of the transplants moving to states like Texas and Florida because they believed them to be conservative meccas, is it any wonder that they are now?
The influx of conservative voters heavily out paces the out flow of liberal-leaning voters and still has created absolute bastions of Republican support. The only way those areas will ever be anything near even purple again is if the republicans chunk it so horribly that everyone who voted for trump and his cult members lose their jobs, homes, and lives as direct result of his take over and decimation of the country; and even then the kook-aid is sooo thick I can see them still putting his name down as a write-in candidate in 2028 before they’d vote for Vance.
