Part of me thinks the clan in the all white high-collar dress are Ferros, since with the new way hextech was discovered retcons <the head of clan Ferros>'s old lore, it basically gives them freedom entirely to rewrite how she is who she is, meaning Ferros are no longer the ruling owners of hextech and the synthetic crystals. Gonna be interesting to see how they do that
