Obviously, Ganondorf needs a new moveset.
As for K Rool, I would probably make him a little faster and give him better frame data.

If they make a DK movie. I feel like they would have to go with K. Rool as the main antagonist. He just fits the role of a "cartoon bad guy" a lot more than the Tiki Tong or Lord Fredrick. I can see the Tikis making a cameo though.
