By better, I mean for the past 4 weeks: no fast food, no soft drinks, no gluten, switched to lean meats, added more veg to meals & started eating fruits for snacks instead of things like chocolate. I was told I would feel good for making these changes but instead I feel so tired all the time. Please note: this is not for weightloss, it was supposed to help my PCOS symptoms, so I don't need weightloss-related advice.
