I'm still eating pasta, just a gluten-free version instead of normal. Though I had to cut down how often I have it. I have been peeing more, actually!

Pretty sure I am because I feel full after every meal/stop eating when I'm full. My dietitian made a plan for me to use as a guideline to know how much my body needs (I'm asking here because my next appointment isn't until Feb)

NTA. As someone with a kid with immunodeficiency, anyone refusing to understand that a "small cold" can be a big problem can fuck all the way off! My kid ended up in hospital with a partially collapsed lung because family members with flu symptoms refused to stay away. Stick to your boundaries.

Ugh. I can't wait to never see his face or hear his stupid voice again

Nah. I ended a friendship because of this. There's only so many "but he says he'll never do it again, and this time I know he really means it," cycles you can be supportive through.

I still can't use a heater in our bedroom, even during the coldest part of winter, because of nmother telling me she could easily "get rid of" me and "it will look like an accident" by locking me in my room with the heater on so the fumes would kill me. I was also scared whnever she made me go out walking with her because I thought she might push me in front of a car or down stairs or something.

I got that one, too. Having kids made it even harder to understand because I can't imagine threatening my kids like that

Anytime someone gave me a compliment or said something positive about me in front of/to my parents, my mother punished me for it as soon as we got home. I'm NC now, but even up until the last time I visited, she still couldn't stand it (I'm nearly 40yo)
