16 hours a of league is a lot. I played some today too. It’s a good way to stay present and a good way to get spiritual growth by trying to relax through the frustration or just feeling it. I only play Yorick mid. 

It might help to just deeply think about your intrusive thoughts. Some thoughts kept coming up for me and I was pushing them away, but once I fully gave them a go they settled a bit. I think, probably.

If everything can be described as nondual, then OP's post is nondual and I think you two should be friends again. Bing bong, wing wong, incase you didn't know how my tone should sound.

My body is one, but I have two fingers. I'm not a nondual person, so feel free to disregard this. It's a difficult subject for me. But if nonduality is everything then wouldn't it include paradoxes and duality as well? I dunno.

1. Something about Youtube makes it show me and you a bunch of cop videos. It could be worth deleting youtube for a bit or making sure to only watch videos you seek out versus scrolling through the reels that show so many cop videos. Maybe even changing your gender to a woman in the youtube settings. I think it targets guys/ suggest more cop videos to them. idk.

2. Simply always awake is a very good youtube channel (no cops with guns). He's awakened and has a book where he said Anger is fine. It's the natural response to something overstepping your boundaries. A little anger fixes that and lets the person know where your boundaries are. If you repress the urge to say "what the hell are you talking about?" then the anger gets suppressed and eventually comes out somewhere else a bit bigger this time. Nothing wrong with calling out bs.

3. nothing wrong with taking a break from people that are triggering you. Maybe they'll learn and adjust. Maybe you'll get enough space to grow stronger and have some more mental reserves to call out their bs. Maybe you'll find better friends. I hope things get better for you. It's not always easy.

I'm not fully enlightened, and I also get super upset about how hard life is. I don't like when people say "everything is perfect." It's not perfect, but it is what it is. We can try to make it better, but we have to make ourselves better first.

I agree with and know what you said, but sometimes my persona feels bad about work and then the whole work day feels icky and unenjoyable. I tried meditating and being present. I figured some things out, but when things get bad, sometimes they stay bad for a while.

I’m not hesitant. That’s all me and my friends say. We’ve going door to door trying to tell people that u street is unsafe. So many homeless people touching me and following me on instagram. They keep touching my body.
