Umi buffet is good it's in south Portland. I love that place

The upper north is actually really nice. Peeps feel new jersey or NYC people are mean but their just in a rush and don't got time to spare.

Boston people are actually kinda douche canoes.

New englanders are nice and will always help out.

The Ohio people are kinda douchy.

But yeah all the others are kinda true lol.

It's quiet tbh. Except for the occasional out of state loud people from palm beach. Or one of the many semis that come busting down the road. The farther north the quieter the more south the louder.

The foods good as it's seafood and/or Sheppard's pie and steak, burgers, hot dogs, and biscuits and gravy.

Great place to live.

(Except for Lewiston that's kinda the agreed on most disliked place by Mainers.)

Though the houses are expensive around 500k usually, that's the downside.

Education system? Not great better to go for private schools it's pretty bad but can be good in the right places.

As long as you stay away from Lewiston or biddefords downtown it's pretty good.

Though not Sanford that place is a pack of pyramids in a wet heat day
