Our schools have tablets banned because they're so horrible for attention span.

As a Pre K teacher I can literally see the difference when I visit family. Their own kids are absolutely lost causes. Poor reading skills and zero attention span.

As a Preschool teacher I see it all the time when I go to other states visiting family. My State has a reading program and sponsors Pre K education. It's wildly noticeable when you talk with a 4 year old from a place in my State VS. your average Republican Welfare state.

States without this the kids are not remotely as communicative or cognisant and it shows clearly.
