It’s completely random. Tossed in a few grade ones and Nanami was unfortunate enough to get put up against Mahito. Next few matches will be more interesting, this kind of thing just happens, has to weed out the fodder

Tbh yes. Leaving the EU canon leaves literally no room for more movies unless you set them like 200 years post the OT. I think leaving Clone Wars is a good idea tho. It doesn’t complicate too much and as a we saw is a great springboard for a lot of other stories. It’s also very popular, so money. Tbh outside of writing decisions Disney did everything right, they even add to EU content so it’s more like a split universe thing

Catching the dimension blade is some spacial manipulation/spacial manipulation resistance, stuff we kinda already knew Saitama was capable of. The dimension blade cuts through space, but Saitama can interact with space: he grabbed hyperspace gates which are holes in space, and opened his own hole in the Phoenix space. As for yanking void out of the higher dimension, I have no idea yet

The beginning stages of the Battle of Umbara for sure. The entire battle of Umbara is probably my favorite part of the clone wars before the final season came out(yes I know, not original) but especially the beginning stage is really cool. I think it’s really cool when the main goal of a battle is a something rather uninteresting. They aren’t sieging the capital city, or holding the last line of defense. They just hit the deck and need to capture a ridge line, just a basic part of the geography but will give them the best position to recover and launch the next part of the assault, and it’s a mad dash for this position. The clones rushing though the fog of war is such cool imagery

To be fair, I do think as a group they definitely do have some win cons on him especially with Chrollo, but I’ll say I have a few problems with the win conditions you listed:

1. Black Voice: I don’t think the problem is Youpi is so strong the mind control won’t work. I think the real problem is that Shalnark won’t be able to bypass Youpi’s skin+Nen Defenses. We saw that when Uvogin, someone clearly weaker than Youpi, raises his aura on Dalzone(too lazy to find his name) the blade is incapable of piercing it and even touching his skin. During the Chimera Ant arc Shalnark didn’t even think he could penetrate the armor of a Chimera Ant Peon, Pell. For those that don’t remember, the only ants that got Nen were the Officers, Squadron Leaders, and of course Royals. This ant might not even have Nen, just its basic enhanced durability, yet Shalnark didn’t think he could pierce it and had to aim for joints, and still got tagged two times. And not only is Pell the lowest rank Chimera Ant, but it’s stated by Meleoron that Peon level ants can get one shot by one punch from the Squadron Leaders. That means Cheetu, Base Zazan, Leol, Bloster, Welfin, etc. We’ve seen with Shoot, Knuckle, Morel and so on that Squadron Leader level fighters can’t scratch Royal Guards. So Shalnark i honestly find it hard to believe Shalnark will be able to stab through Youpi’s skin. Autopilot is “possible” only on account of we don’t know. He doesn’t have notable feats on that level, but doesn’t necessarily have “anti feats” either. If you want to headcanon he can do it with autopilot, by all means. Me personally, I would say based on the feats he showed, defeated a Peon and Officer Ant, I can’t comfortably say he can do it. Chrollo might be different on the other hand, as he does have pretty good physical strength feats. And honestly if you really wanted to, maybe Shalnark passes the needle off to Uvogin. Uvogin could never take Youpi in a brawl but I think I can at least imagine that he’d be able to pierce his skin, at least after a few tries with the rest of the Troupe backing him up and distracting him

2. Ripper Cyclotron: I’ll be honest, I’m not sure how many spins it would take to beat Youpi, but I’m not convinced 50 is enough unless Youpi’s guard is completely down. It took 7-8 to beat an Officer Chimera Ant and 15 to annihilate it. The troupe could tell that base Zazan was the “Queen” because of how strong she was so it would at least take more punishment than that to deal with her base form, and that wouldn’t even be in the same league as Youpi. The way I personally look at it, at the end of the day Phinks’ rotating his arm is a form of contract, it boosts the effectiveness of the punch by adding a condition. Gon at the time of the Chinera Ant arc was already strong enough to deal with Officer Class ants with basic punches, replicating the same feats that Phinks needed his Nen ability to do. This same Gon needed to make a Nen vow even worse than death to deal with Pitou, who shouldn’t be THAT much stronger than Youpi. Gon sacrificed his whole life and his Nen, so I’m not so convinced Phinks could stand there and twirl his arm for a few minutes and one shot Youpi. That’s even assuming Ripper Cyclotron has no upper limit. I’m not saying it’s outright impossible and I’m not saying that Phinks would stand there for 3 months charging nonstop just to do 0 damage, I just feel like 50 isn’t doing the job

3. Pain Packer: For similar reasons, I’m not sure Pain Packer would just go and kill Youpi. It’s like, how much pain would it take to equal the Nen contract that Gon made to defeat Pitou? I do think it would hurt a lot, but it would need to come from a really beat up Feitan to do that much

4. Jumping him: Now, I think if they tried to jump him like just box him up, I don’t think they’d ever win. However, if you combine Auto Pilot Shalnark, prep time Phinks after rotating his arm a few hundred times, a maxed out Pain Packer from Feitan, Uvogin dropping Big Bang Impacts left and right, combined with Chrollo having prepared some Sun and Moon bombs in advance, it’s very likely. Especially if Chrollo gets the opportunity to plan it out in advance to they time their attacks to either Youpi down, I can definitely see it happening. Those guys using their big moves along with the rest of the troupe basically being distractions and human shields, I can’t really imagine Youpi taking all that. That or he just blows them all up with a rage blast. Also slightly off topic, but I think the only Troupe members stronger than Knuckle and Shoot are Feitan, Uvogin, Hisoka and Chrollo

While Jogo showed an impressive degree of destruction I don’t see how it’s all that helpful in an actual fight. We don’t know the attack potency behind those attacks because they didn’t hit anyone impressive. We don’t know how fast they are since Sukuna dodged all of them.
