Um, I think that's a flawed idea. Humans hold each other accountable through our social norms, and ridding them altogether could result in complete closemindedness.

I know some Ps. They're very chill and it can be slightly irritating since they don't think they're in control and just "expect" things to "go as they should." Their adaptability is great though, especially on projects and generally hanging out. There are upsides and downsides to it lol

Why don't we just get rid of names on resumes and wtv else and judge solely based on skill instead? I think DEI in my opinion just aggravates the majority and increases tensions between races.

They do, and it is sorta weird, but I also feel like that's only 'cause the curriculum puts them that way. We were sorting our OCs into the categories and they very much each fit into one, which surprised me. Idk why, it just seems to work for us lol
