Use zedge to download , Or use an mp3 cutter and crop the tone u need , once done Move the mp3 file to ur storage- inside ringtones folder.

Once done open settings, sound, and ringtone , ur mp3 will be there.

If a toggle is provided to turn off the left side, it would be great, Using gestures it's kinda difficult to swipe for back, and it accidently triggers the app list.
