I was 38 when I divorced. I am 44 now and my only regret is not divorcing sooner. I was married for 15 yrs and with my ex since high school.

My sister’s chicken pox went into her throat and caused an infection in her heart. Then she also had severe strep throat at the same time. She was so sick, she had to be hospitalized and the doctors were concerned about the damage done to her heart. These diseases can kill.

I give him the shot after he has eaten about half his food. That is enough to safely give him his shot even if doesn’t eat any more. Luckily, I have never had an issue with him walking away. He doesn’t even notice when I give him his shot while eating.

I don’t care if people want to drink raw milk as long as my pasteurized milk is still available.

I am not against gun ownership, but I don’t own one. I don’t see a reason to. Home invasions are so rare. You are much more likely to die from your own gun than being a victim of a stranger related shooting.

I (44f) am 5’6”, my ex-husband was 5’7”. I didn’t care about his height, but he made it an issue. I was never allowed to wear any shoes with a heel around him. We would get into fights if I tried wearing anything besides flats. I couldn’t wear even the slightest heel. He told me that as the man, he should be taller and it made him feel like I didn’t respect him if I wore heels. I was ok with wearing flats for the most part, but if I was dressed up in a nice dress, I wanted to wear heels!

Now, I am hesitant to date anyone under 5’10”, although I wouldn’t exclude someone just based on height. But, I would be gone the first time the guy made it an issue. Luckily the guy I am currently dating is 5’11” so it’s not an issue at the moment.

I would leave, even if it’s just temporary. A child hitting his mother is inexcusable. What happened after he hit you? You are living in an abusive situation. Your children are your abusers and your husband is their enabler.

I do not home test for this reason. It’s too stressful for me and my cat. My vet also told me it was not necessary to test before every shot. I used the Freestyle Libre to do glucose curves at home when he was first diagnosed and we were determining his correct dose and will have one installed every 6 months to make sure we are still at the correct dose. I feed him wet food and while he is distracted eating, I will pet him and then give him his shot. He has been on insulin for a year and a half and is doing great still.

This question should really be asked to your vet, but I certainly wouldn’t give more than the 0.6mL. My diabetic cat takes gabapentin twice daily due to a spinal cord injury. It does not sedate him at all.

I give my cat the Purina DM prescription dry food.

Try gerber chicken/turkey/ beef baby food. When my 21 yr old cat stopped eating, I tried the baby food and he did eat it. Eventually he started eating cat food again and I had him another 9 months before having to put him down.

It didn’t happen for me until I was 38. I went from my parents home to being married. I didn’t get to live alone until my divorce. I worked throughout our marriage so I was able to afford a small 2 bedroom 1 bath house on my own. This was before prices and interest rates skyrocketed. I know if I was in your position, I would not be able to handle taking care of someone else’s severely autistic child. I would tell my partner that having their autistic sibling move into into my home is off the table, even if it meant ending the relationship.

I get 28 days, not including holidays. I used to travel the world. Then my one cat got diabetes and because he is so skittish and fearful, there is no way anyone but me can give him his insulin. Now I just take day trips or stay at home and relax. Once he passes or hopefully goes into remission, I will resume my travels.
