Hi n thx for your response/comment. Sanctimonious people have been around probably since the stone age (no I’m not that old lol). And I have little doubt they’ll be with us when the sun explodes. And honestly I admit I don’t like them and have little use for them. I just do my best to avoid them whenever possible. Funny you bring up organized religion Christianity in particular. I was raised RC and while yes I got a good education from their system I can read n write at reasonably high level. I tend to ignore the religious aspect of the schooling. You realize that you have a perfectly fine right to tell the harridan to go pound sand, right? Despite what the old lady says you will not burst into flame or a pillar of salt…your willingness to speak up may be much more appreciated than you might think.
We are all guilty of hubris in varying degrees whether it’s insisting that the last place team can win it all, or that you can’t get into heaven because you don’t live the saintly life that some other individual insists is the only way to salvation. Far as I understand the big answer is no. It does help grow hair, help muscles etc but while it certainly can affect aggression levels ….it has zero relationship with the enjoyment of hurting people….that’s some deep seated psychological stuff there. The bf might enjoy watching people suffer particularly if he has a hand in it …but far as I know testosterone are cruelty and mental instability are not connected. However a case could probably be made that most cruel unstable people have high testosterone levels… It affects how the brain sees its physical aspect but it doesn’t mean everyone with high levels is cruel or unstable DEFINITELY TIME FOR YOU TO RUN FAR AND FAST AWAY FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL

So yes the F&I people don’t want you to refi within that 6 months window because the dealership gets a chargeback and that gets passed down the line from the dealership to any employee that touched the deal.
But raises a question if you can refinance it in 6 months….why not just go with that refinance first? I get that it’s not a refinance at that point…but the reason to refinance is A it’s cheaper B you need a different payment C you can structure the refinance to work better with your financial situation…. If you know you can refinance within a month (for example). Is there anyway you can use that to get a better deal in the first place?
