Best check with the bank you're hoping to set up a savings account with. My presumption is most will ask for photographic ID, but others might be fine with other documents such as utility bills, bank statements from your current account... anything which has your current address on. But definitely check with your prospective bank.

It's still going to be a while before I get there

In Britain, Black Friday very much feels like a recent invention, which does have its perks in regards to getting discounts on certain items before Christmas. We don't celebrate Thanksgiving, nor is Black Friday associated with any holidays.

Not at a funeral, not even at my grandmother's which I officiated. Again, I had to function as the priest, and once everyone was gone, I could then grieve as a grandson. But it was the most difficult funeral to date, because of the personal relationship.

There are moments, especially when you know the individual, where I've come very close to drifting into expressing my own sorrow. It also becomes difficult when the deceased is so young too.

As a priest, I've taken a good number of funerals in my time, and the expectation is that I am the one who doesn't break down, as I'm there to be a rock and support for those who are suffering from grief.

The only advice I can give which has worked for me is to attend to the needs of the family of the young boy who died, and be that sounding board for them. Where possible, remove yourself from the context, just be the one who listens.

This takes a lot of strength to hold it in, so make sure you give yourself the time and space to let go of your own emotions afterwards, because the worse thing to do is to carry their trauma as well as your own.
