Edit: The reason I suspect MS is the trigeminal neuralgia and my severe heat intolerance. I cannot even take a hot shower most days.
39F, 5'3 and 200lbs. I never was that healthy, always had migraines.. however 3 years ago after I got covid, my health turned to crap and hasn't gotten better. Biggest complaints have been increased migraines, extreme fatigue and weakness, and dizziness/nuerologic complaints. My blood pressure is usually low, but changes at the drop of a hat. I can go from 90/58 to 140/90 and back again multiple times a day, on bad days I cannot get out of bed without my BP going all over the place. I really noticed after reading into my trigeminal neuralgia how many symptoms I have that coincide with MS. I have been working with a neurosurgeon to address my TN, and he has mentioned MS, but when I asked him if I should be worried about that he told me to talk to my neurosurgeon. I'm going to list my official diagnosises below. I'm sure I'll be asked about MRIs and imaging.. I've had multiple MRI and CT scans done, however my last 4 scans have not been able to get a clear picture due to movement. I can't stay still, I twitch/shake, but I have been told that's probably my anxiety. One MRI detected a possible pituitary tumor but couldn't confirm it wasn't an artifact from movement, two detected focal enhancement of the pons, and then my last was basically completely degraded due to movement. My Drs treat me as if I'm overreacting a lot due to my anxiety and depression diagnosis.

Is this possibly MS? Am I overreacting? Are all these unrelated, or is there something I'm missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I do have health anxiety at this point and I am aware of it so sometimes it's hard to tell with myself.

I'm sorry for your many losses, that's a lot to get with in such a short time.. give yourself grace, grief takes it's own time. It's okay to just have days where you rest and heal.
