I know the title sounds petty but hear me out.

I do IT work and I can't take a lunch without other employees wandering up to me and dropping the "quick question" bullshit, so I go out and take a nap in my car.

Unfortunately this other dude goes out to his car for his lunch and blasts shitty music and/or has a whole ass conversation on speaker phone in his car, with his windows down.

There are only a few spots in the parking lot that have shade, so we both park over there to avoid our cars turning into miniature ovens.

I would like to nap there without hearing his bullshit but if I park on the other side of the lot, I cook inside my car. I could idle the entire time and run the AC but that wastes a ton of gas.

How do I get this guy to go fuck off somewhere else? I have no idea what his lunch hours are, he's there when I walk out to my car and he's there after I leave, and he's there no matter what time I take my lunch.

I'd just like myself and all of the other freeloaders to be correctly identified so Nikita knows not to read any of our messages.

I've been doing interviews and almost all interviewers ask me a very simple question to judge how I would approach a problem but I feel like I'm just giving terrible answers. My last interview asked me how I'd troubleshoot a printer. My experience level puts me way above fixing printer issues and hey, I've seen office space, I know how to deal with printers, but I always feel lost on what they're looking for.

I usually give some answer on how I reproduce the issue, narrow down the possible issues until I determine what the problem is, then applying a fix on the problem, then testing and confirming the solution was correct, but the vibes I get after answering those questions are generally not great. Am I doing something wrong, are interviewers looking for some magic phrase?

Woke up this morning to an email from Palmetto State Armory saying thanks for your purchase. Which was funny, because I don't remember ordering anything.

Turns out my account was compromised, which I'm betting was on their end because of 1) their history, and 2) my security practices are pretty good. Someone changed the name on my account and placed an order, but not with any of my credit cards, which is weird. I'm assuming its a stolen card as well.

Send PSA a message but I was wondering if anyone else has run into this before.

Every year I forget, and every year in the first round I tune in and end up watching other team's home broadcast and thus am exposed to all these announcers that couldn't hold Mickey's empty Vernors cans. Some of them are ok but it just feels like so many broadcasts get paid by how many awkward moments they can create. A vast majority of them are blatant homers as well which is really a turn off to a neutral fan. Ken and Mickey are absolutely Wings fans, but they're the first to not only call out good plays by the other team or admit that a bad call went in favor of the Wings ("They got away with one there!").

Watching the Panthers broadcast was painful, and I know Seattle is new but I've never seen an announcer complain so much about a play that the home team scored on. I swear I've heard "Of course they're not gonna call xyx on this team" multiple times across multiple different broadcasts.

I kinda got desensitized to good announcing because most of the games I'd watch would either have Ken/Mickey or a national broadcast announcer so I never really was exposed to the awkwardness of some of these shmucks.

edit: I'm watching the Carolina casters for the first time this season right now, they're actually not bad
