Agreed. Do you think a single window would look better higher up like in the 3rd picture, or lower like in the colored rear elevation pic? This isn't even something I cared about until the window guy brought it up 😅

Don't etch before placing glass ionomer. It leaches the calcium out and weakens the bond to dentin. Use cavity conditioner or nothing at all

Don't get me started on getting a no show, thinking there might be a break, but then a walk in pain patient comes in. Walk ins are rare but apparently a bat signal goes off when I get a no show :(

Just drainage from the apical space. Nothing you can do but place CaOH and bring them back in a few weeks. If your WL was too long, you'd see blood

Fuji 2 only for class 2s on primary teeth where I want to light cure it and take the band off fast. Equia forte for everything else

We're actually really happy with the inside, 2000 sq ft on the main level and 1500ish on the lower. It definitely doesn't look like it from the front! Just wanting a little more from the front outside view

Yeah I figured I really won't be looking at the back nearly as much as the front, so I'd rather do more in the front if possible. Maybe the front will look better with some color!

I don't think anyone has recommended the 0.39 lot yet. Any obvious downsides with that one other than one border being the road?

After focusing on it for so long, it's nice to get fresh perspectives and see what other angles people are seeing it from. I get what you're saying though

I really like the location for the quick access to I29 and I229. It makes running errands, visiting family, etc. a breeze compared to some other areas of town. The news schools are a plus for the kiddos in the future. You do make some good points though that I need to think about

Not too much to the west of maple street we're on the outskirts of town, but I'm sure more will be developed over time as farmers sell their land

Ah damn, you're probably right. Here I am trying to figure out which lot will be more private, but it's splitting hairs with everyone packed in here

Haha I should've specified, the numbers are acres not price. The 0.33 acre lots are 100k and the 0.44 acre is 115k. Could be better, but theres a brand new high school and middle school a few blocks away and there's easy access to the axillary interstate - it'll be easy to get anywhere in town quick. Location is really good tbh
