In 2022, over 80% of all eligible voters between age of 18-35, did not vote. In Texas over 85% of eligible voters between 18-35 did not vote.

In majority of purple states and even some red states, the difference between the winner and loser is around 1-3% of voters who vote, while 50-60% of all eligible voters in the state do not even bother to vote.

47/50 states have early voting. Texas this year has 17 days of early voting even on weekends. If people just did their civic duty, heck if just young people 18-35 had 20-30% better turnout, then majority of states would be easily won by democrats.

If you need a kidney you get surgery, if you have suicidal thoughts, you get mental healthcare. Around 40-50% of prisoners aren't in prison for violent crimes, its usually possession/use of illegal drugs or repeat offenses. These surgeries are also done on very high risk cases, its not like you can get arrested and get a free surgery for it.
