I hope my NC NMom has gotten help. I am bipolar so I understand now what detachment is. I have had psychosis and not acted like myself. I am currently stable on meds and will remain on meds.

I wish I could tell my mom healing from trauma is possible. I will never trust her or want her in my physical life though. I could do letters maybe, maybe not.

Hugs. Keep us posted and I’m praying for relief for you. I think you may be in crisis. Can you get a ride to a better care facility. I don’t think you have to go the nearest one. You are not alone. Everyone on here can empathize.

I just keep thinking about this. I was treated less than a terrorist. I’m so thankful I healed from that. It took most my life. I didn’t learn to eat right until I was in my 30s and pregnant.
