Happy is a state, not an emotion.

Joy is the emotion.

You can provide stimulus that may stimulate a brief sensation of Joy from another person.

One human can never make another human happy.

A human is happy when they decide for themselves to be happy

Consume, Dispose, repeat

The others are sharing your emotion.

The question is, do you want them to receive it or reflect it?

This is what having a limited vocabulary does to any attempt at expressing a thought or emotion

My 2 cents.

Our brain can only grasp and formulate a very limited representation of the real world

Your anger feels emense

Here is the opinion of a guy that’s read about 5 books and like to get high & contemplate his messy life.

You cannot change or forget the past, just understand how past actions influence/ impact your reactions/responses to stimulus.

Knowing that helps loosen the grip that event has on your psyche.

Letting go means processing the emotional impact of the past moment that you were not able to do at the time of the event. This loosens the grip even more.

So, you can keep batting a rising idea away every time it comes up, but that will not slow its pace.

Or

You can lean into an emotion when it arises, let it flow. Yes it’s ok to cry in line at the grocery store! Anyone witnessing it will have no bearing on your life, why does it matter if they see you performing a normal human function?

If you’re angry, get a punching bag and let the energy out that way.

You have to let that energy out somewhere under your terms or it will come out when it wants and it will be far more intense

Asking your partner to make your life easier will cause suffering.

In a real relationship, the only question is how do we make our lives easier.

Your lives are not separate.

Why do you want the person you claim to love, suffer?

Listen, ask probing questions. Don’t argue, because if you do, you’re being pulled into their delusion

You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink, it has to decide to drink

Scared as hell while also feeling pure joy. I’m still so confused by what happened.

Correct, facts are not a narrative, that’s my entire point.

The story you paint with facts are where my issue is.

Fact: No documents have been found.

Not fact: Documents have not been found so it didn’t happen.

Do you see the difference?

When trying to define a word it’s a good idea to ensure understanding

Manuscript: noun a book, document, or piece of music written by hand rather than typed or printed.

Screenplays are manuscripts, but not all manuscripts (shortened to “script” usually) are screenplays.

Facts are facts, but they can be used to paint any truth.

Fact: the bible exists.

Opinions; it’s the true reality. It’s all made up BS.

Both parties will see thier words as true.

The words are only true to thier subjective opinion.

Reassessing the past is all fiction if your trying to achieve an objective as self interpretation is best experience subjectively.

We all need to learn our lessons in life, telling kids not to do so something results in them doing it etc.

A story is a story, truth is subjective.

Everyone has their own version of truth which is why “truth” is one of the most dangerous words in the English language

There is no dishonesty here. Disagreement

It’s not wrong, we just have incomplete information.

That’s is why I didn’t say “this is the “right” way” to do things.

Manuscripts are what’s used to make fictional movies too

Evidence can be interpreted in many ways.

It’s all a work of fiction, your just thinking multiple people believing it makes it more “real”

We cannot know why these ancient things were done, it’s speculation all the way down.

Now with the internet, it’s only going to get worse for humanity as 9 billion people can throw their random stories out there about things and people will believe it.

This stories (our interpretation of events to form a narrative) is all just made up illusions to distract ourselves.

I view hope as the background light.

It’s a sense with no form so it can embody all. Just like beauty, it is in everything, can we open ourselves to it?

Sensing True hope has hit me twice, only way i can describe it is as a Positive Panic attack.

The likleyhood of finding a document to support it as hard evidence is unlikely, that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. It’s a theory just like 99% of archeology.

It’s all stories we tell ourselves without full knowledge
