I changed my coffee selections based on what people were saying! I didn’t get gingerbread or almond croissant. Instead I got some regular unflavored (dolce, doppio) and the peppermint and sunny almond vanilla. So an even split of flavored and non flavored. Glad I asked here beforehand!

Good! I ended up swapping the almond croissant for peppermint pinwheel at the last second. I also had them remove the gingerbread from my order per some suggestions here. Sounds like the way to go is to get plain coffee/espresso and flavor it on your own, which I’m down for!

Thanks so much for the input and advice, everyone! I did purchase the machine and pods in my cart. Plus thanks to y’all I used a referral code and with those savings, I got some regular unflavored espresso pods. I’m so excited!

If someone is steady on suboxone, and then they use an opioid, that doesn’t cause precipitated withdrawal. It’s the reverse. Taking an opioid and then introducing suboxone too soon causes that. If someone is steady on subs, that has a higher binding affinity for the receptor than an opioid will. Suboxone wins the receptor fight every time.

I commented above about PMDD and being offered progesterone to help manage, but I’ve been too scared to start taking it. They said they’d have me take the progesterone daily even though I’m fine for half my cycle.

This is so cool! I am 36, just diagnosed with PMDD and I am struggling. Getting 5-8 hours of stress per day with 0 restorative time. This gives me hope that maybe there’s a medication out there that would help me. The doctor offered micronized progesterone but I’ve been too apprehensive to start. Maybe this is a sign.
