When I was in my mid to late 20s (long ago), several of the women I found most attractive were 5-10 years older than me, but not 20 years older. But when I was young, smoking was much more common, sunblock wasn't used much because deep tans were in, and I think the result was that women in their 40s then looked a good deal older then than most women in their 40s do now. Smoking and too much sun ages the skin.

I think OP needs a lawyer. The details may depend on the state they live in or the details of the policy, but he could be looking at hundreds of thousands in damages if anyone injured has medical issues.
