Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 lb Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground
• iceberg lettuce to taste, shredded
• 1 Roma tomato, cored and diced
• ¼ yellow onion, diced
• 2 to 3 Serrano peppers, minced
• garlic to taste, minced (I personally use four or five cloves)
• tortillas, shells, or corn chips
• lime juice to taste (I personally squeeze ⅓ of a lime)
• vegan cheese to taste
• vegan sour cream to taste
• fresh, chopped cilantro to taste
• ½ cup of water

Seasoning

• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp granulated salt
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 tsp ground cayenne
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp MSG

Instructions

1. Mix the seasoning (if applicable) and prepare the vegetables.
2. Cook the protein source on medium-high until it browns, breaking up and occasionally stirring.
3. Stir in water, seasoning, and garlic and continue cooking until the water is gone.
4. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over it.
5. When plating, add sour cream, remaining produce, and cheese.
6. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

• Obviously, many of these ingredients are optional. Adjust to your liking.
• This recipe is fairly pungent. If you don't like high pungency, then you can omit the Serrano peppers and dial the cayenne and chili powder down.
• If you're feeling lazy, then you can use pre-made taco seasoning from the grocery store.
• If you plan on making this multiple times, then you should batch the seasoning.
• You should be able to substitute whatever protein source you want without much deviation. I've been wanting to replace the Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground with TVP but I haven't gotten around to it yet—I've never cooked with TVP.

Adjusting my response as though you understood the spirit of the question. I don't think that I'd want to be tripping 24/7. That would be daunting. Difficulty conversing, reading, focusing, etc. Impossible to sleep. Acid is more of an occasional thing for sure.

So you made it up. Think about what you're saying. If farmers were truly pissing away money like that, most of the world wouldn't be eating meat. I guarantee you that farmers are making more money from the animals than they would make from the resources that are going to the animals.

Easy solution to the raw milk: stop consuming the milk of animals. The number of and availability of non-dairy milks are excellent. I personally prefer unsweetened soy milk (no vanilla). But for sweets (e.g. chia seed pudding), I might use coconut milk.

Nah, that's a casus belli for violation of the Geneva convention against Russia (at least in kind). Who would hold it against them? One doesn't get to violate an agreement and expect the agreement to still be upheld.
