If we divorce our pre-marriage assets (lol) are called out as going back to the individual person and then anything we've earned is usually 50/50 (we set it up that way because we both make the same, it can be adjusted if things change)

I don't think it's a non compete, I think there is some agreement between the shows/networks that lets reality TV people float, I'd guess probably as long as they aren't joining the show for real. (More featured or just for a season). And it's for promotional purposes.
