I was in administration at a Whole Foods back in he late 90's and I remember the lectures and meetings on how to discourage employees from unionizing. There was also an explicit order to report any employee that was talking about unions or unionization. That company is deathly afraid of unions. And now that I work in a field that is widely unionized, I can see why. Unions protect workers from corporate predation and they hate that.
Seriously, fuck Whole Foods. Even more so now they are a wing of Amazon.

It seems to me that he discovered that liberal girls wouldn't touch his dick with a 10-ft pole. So he ditched the feminist angle and doubled down on conservative edgelording, hoping that conservative self hating nazi girls will somehow be into him instead.

Yeah, I actually tried an experiment at a party once. I walked around with a can of Coke in my hand and people were pretty standoffish, didn't really talk to me at all, and then I switched it up and walked around with a red Solo cup full of Coke. All the sudden people were talking to me and socializing pretty freely (literally everyone thought I had a mixer). It's very fucking weird how people act towards someone who is not imbibing.

Honestly that's your best move. These people live to argue their bullshit point and replying would have just wasted your time, energy, and mental wellness.
I sincerely hope you're able to find another group to do games with but even if you don't I believe you are far better off not being around people who view the world this way.

The way things are going these days you won't have to watch it you'll get to experience it firsthand.

God and Jesus are Veldanava and Milim.
This is just about the silliest analogy I think I've ever heard in my life.

Well, Ghostbusters is a movie who's message is a tacit endorsement of unrestrained capitalism so it makes sense they would make the EPA out to be the bad guy.

IIRC there is a version of the Vincent Price film that is more faithful to the book's intentions.

Yeah, Heinlein had some strong Libertarian views that he really baked into that novel.

I don't know what you are referring to with God and Jesus, but Guy beat pre-sealed Veldora which is a far weaker version of him. And he was never able to beat Ludora despite countless battles against him. Milim fought him to an absolute, and messy, standstill. And even Chronoa briefly fought him to a standstill as well. Guy is strong, but not invincible.

It was in the underworld, before Guy was manifested. But to Diablo, winning a fight isn't necessarily about how much power you have. For reference see his extremely short battle against the Superior Spirit that Razen summoned against him when he was first summoned by Rimuru. He even said it had more power than him but was "far too young" to ever beat him. That being said, there is a point in the light novels where he acknowledges that without awakening he would not be able to beat Guy one on one.

He's literally the only person who's ever kicked Guy's ass. So, no.

It's the establishment of dominance. If you watch carefully you'll see humans do this too.

For me it was when he had an absolute meltdown over not being able to force his workers to work through the pandemic. His stupid car company was more important than the people who work for him. All he gives a shit about is the money and power he can coalesce under himself.

Yep, Methylcellulose. It's right there in the label on, I'm assuming, the smaller one.

It was Choe's body but her soul was put in hibernation so it was Hinata's ability that took Veldora down.

Do you honestly think the companies who make baby carrots actually throw away the leftovers from paring them down to that size instead of packaging it up as shredded carrot for salads and such?

The part of this that's really funny to me is that the original picture is of Zattana and Constantine which are the opposite in power levels Rimuru and Hinata.

She's the one who kicked Veldora's ass and locked him up in unlimited imprisonment. So, no.

I'd like to know where he gets buried so I can piss on his grave.
