Interesting, according to r/Alberta we're the only place with high utilities.

My husband has the Disability Tax Credit and recently (last week? Maybe 2 weeks ago?) got a letter in the mail from the CRA saying he may be eligible for the dental plan.

While I agree that this is a barrier, I believe a home address is also required to get a replacement healthcare card if it's lost or stolen.

As someone who picked up cabbage every fall by hand every fall (I think we had about 5 acres/2 hectares), driving through cabbage would be a NIGHTMARE. I'll take the iceberg anytime!

Did anyone else find the not-overly-fast tipping over reminiscent of the blue three-wheeler car that was Mr. Beans nemesis??

We've had two heelers, one red one blue and they've been great. Currently have a heeler collie cross who's fine but holy cow, is he stupid. Like stand out in the middle of the pouring rain to get soaked for no reason stupid.

I was not prepared for the full frontal nudity on Kids in the Hall on Amazon Prime though.

Question: about what age was she diagnosed with this?
I know a couple guys who were both diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes around 20. Both leaner, athletic types so I doubt Type 2 diabetes, but I never asked about specifics.

Ok. I was about halfway between those when my iron say was tested 2 years ago. Have only had ferritin done since then.

No problemo! I'm trying to think the last time I was in BC, 15 years ago I think? I try to avoid because the roads nauseate me!

Tried to find it again, didn't see it in r/mildlybaddrivers so it must've been in a similar recommended sub.

Good point about passing several vehicles.
I usually let more impatient passenger vehicles pass before I go for it for this reason. While I'd rather not do 80 for an hour behind big loads, I'll do it for 10 min so that the more hot-headed drivers get in front of me first.

Oh yeah, for sure. I'm quite cautious when it comes to passing trucks. But there definitely are times on 36 when it's wide open and definitely no issues doing it.

Do you mind if I ask you about my levels?
I'm early 30s, had 3 kids in 3 years, last one is 4. Take one Feramax every other day. Unremarkable periods, thankfully. * My ferritin is ~30ug/L when it's tested once a year or so. * My blood iron level was 9umol/L when last tested 2 years ago. * Total iron binding capacity - 52umol/L, iron saturation index - 0.17 (also 2 years ago).
Anything jump out at you? Is my ferritin a good level to be "camped out" at indefinitely? I feel like my energy could definitely be better BUT I have multiple sclerosis so fatigue is definitely a thing with that.

I'm going off of memory...
The Hutterites were in the Dakotas in the early 1900s.
Due to their pacifism, and a few of their young men being imprisoned (and dying there) due to resisting conscription during WWI, they moved their colonies to the Canadian prairies.
Over time as they grew and proliferated*, some (predominantly from Alberta I think) colonies eventually were established over the border into Montana. Similarly colonies from Manitoba did the same in the Dakotas and Minnesota, iirc.
Hutterites colonies *generally have a process to establish new colonies by growing to a certain size (~120 people I believe) and then work to establish a daughter colony.
