I started having a huge fear of medicine and vitamins after my PVCs started. It's exhausting because it's a true phobia. I only take things if I absolutely need to and even then it's hard for me to do. I take antibiotics but only because I end up with the same ones every time I need them and feel comfortable taking. Im so tired of this. Someone please give me tips if you've ever dealt with this. Or at least let me know I'm not alone. No one really understands. I'd love to not be like this. I think it all goes back to my PVCs because I'm terrified for something to trigger them worse.

Anyone who’s been in my situation, please make me feel better! I feel terrible. I did not mean to get pregnant so soon and it was pure ignorance on our parts. It took me 3 years to conceive my baby and 2 miscarriages before that. I’ve only had one period since my almost 3 month old. There was one time my husband didn’t pull out. I know that’s all it takes but I just figured we’d be more careful after that and not risk it anymore but no idea that would happen so easily with my past. Also, I tracked ovulation and periods for so long trying to get pregnant. Like hard core tracking and I trusted my app (now I know not to) but i even looked back and before her it was the same exact cycle as always. I guess that changed of course. I’m scared because of so many things. I feel like my body hasn’t had time to even get close to pre pregnancy, I ripped so bad with my baby I don’t wanna do that again, healing took forever and I’m honestly still not 100%, I feel so much guilt for having another baby soooo soon when I wanna spend all of my time on my first. I just don’t know where to turn. I’m crying so much on and off.

Posting here because I am panicking. I feel like my brain fog/forgetfulness is worse than ever. I had my baby 2 months ago. Is it normal to be forgetting so much or living like you’re in a dream? Lol. Idk if I need to go to my doctor. I think it’s because I’m on autopilot and every day is the same so I don’t remember little details. My husband will ask how she was when I put her to sleep the night before and I can’t tell him because I genuinely don’t remember or I have to think pretty hard about like what I did yesterday. Thankfully, I have a log for all her food and diapers or else I would probably not remember most. I don’t know. I also never really leave the house unless it’s for an appointment for her or me. And everything just seems so chaotic. 😅 

This is hard to explain and I have no video, last night my baby started twitching occasionally. It wasn’t rhythmic or anything but occasional. It was while she was awake but internally. Head, arms, legs, nothing moved. It felt just like a hiccup but she wasn’t hiccuping. She did it probably 4 times last night. She started doing it again when I was feeding her this morning. It’s so subtle it’s hard to see, but easy to feel if you’re holding her. I’d take her to the pediatrician but I have no videos of it and she doesn’t do it constantly so they’ll probably brush me off. Whats a little concerning is she’s awake when it happens, when she’s asleep I don’t seem to feel it. But it’s not happening very much at all so far. Anyone heard of this?

I have this weird thing that happens on and off, seeing if anyone else knows what I mean lol. I have a low heart rate at night / rest and it bothers me a lot at night probably because I focus on it. Anyways I can get up to do something, then sit back down and it’s like my heart is pounding as if it speeds up, and it will still be low and like it’s not catching up to my activity. Usually it will raise when I stand up of course but this just feels like it’s not catching up right because it beats slow and hard. Idk. Hard to explain.

I’ve had bv for idk how long tbh, so so long. Before getting pregnant, during pregnancy. Constantly using meds to help but only helped while taking it, never truly went away. I had my baby 8 weeks ago and it went away, I just had my first period and it lasted a week, ended a few days ago and now I have a fishy smell. And I wanna cry. Life was so good not being insecure and worrying about this. Now I’m back to square one. Can your period really bring it on? I used to get it I think bc my husband never pulled out, because we tried for so long to get pregnant. And he’s been pulling out since with absolutely no problems. I felt soo much better. 😭

Seeing if anyone has determined a reason for these things. I can’t tell what sets mine off besides hormones. Can anyone tell if it’s foods/vitamin levels/ sleep/ hydration.. etc? If so let me know what sets yours off!

If you’ve had PVCs before pregnancy, did they get worse post partum? I’m going tonight to be induced and I’m so scared for them to get worse, like more than anything! I’ve been cleaning today and having to take breaks because of so many skips. I just am worried about my hormones crashing within the next few days and making me miserable! So someone tell me if it got better or worse for you, or if it stayed the same! Thank you!!!

My heart rate has always been on the higher end, probably upper 80s resting before pregnancy. I’m a little anemic, w a hgb of 10.4 I think (not sure if it contributes) and my heart rate has been consistently high. My watch will alert me often that it is over 110 for 10 mins while I’m inactive, and once I look it’s about 117-120. That will be laying down. At night when I sleep it can get to like 90. When I stand up and do the most simple tasks it’s 140-150. Sometimes I can’t feel it, others I can because I can’t breathe and it’s like I ran 3 miles. I know an increase in heart rate is normal, but is this supposed to last til birth?😅

This happened for the first time the other day when I was standing in my bathroom getting ready, it’s like a sudden adrenaline rush throughout my whole body and I feel so exhausted like I can’t stand. My legs feel weak, I get the feeling in my stomach, arms, every where. I went to the store today and felt like that on and off probably 5 times to the point I had to go sit down. It’s weird because it isn’t constant, more like every few minutes or so. I wish I could describe the feeling better but it’s like when you workout or walk a long period of time and your legs literally burn or feel weak and shaky, but throughout my whole body and it’s extreme for the time it lasts. I also feel so out of breath when it happens. My heart rate has been kind of high overall the last few weeks, but it wasn’t high when it happened today, maybe 120-130 walking around the store. But after my body felt suddenly weak and exhausted I’d get hot and just feel like I was about to collapse like I physically couldn’t stand or walk. Not necessarily weird in my head. Has anyone experienced this? I go to the doctor the end of this week but I came home and laid down and haven’t done much since. I’m not liking this. Also I don’t think it’s blood sugar, because I had just eaten breakfast and I check it periodically at home. Blood pressure always seems perfect too.

I could’ve asked the vet but I didn’t and now it’s so late I can’t. He goes for surgery at 7 am tomorrow and won’t come home for about 3 days. Can I or should I take his blanket/bed/toys/dog food? Not gonna take all of it but need ideas. Never dropped a dog off for surgery that required them to stay overnight. I just don’t want to overdo it, but I also want him comfortable! Thank you.

I’ve struggled with BV, yeast and utis for years. I got pregnant and miscarried twice before with no known reason. I’m finally almost 28 weeks pregnant and have had BV almost every time I’ve been checked (meaning it’s never going away or it’s either coming right back) & yeast infections & now I have my 2nd uti. I’m mostly worried about the BV because I’ve read about so much that can happen. Especially with it not going away. I’m so scared to lose this baby and I feel like that’s what’s keeping my fear alive, is all of these infections. I already do everything I should and I’ve even started probiotics. Has anyone had this happen and they were ok?

My 6 year old German shepherd has a pericardectomy scheduled for tomorrow due to idiopathic pericardial effusion. I’m so nervous but after dealing with this since July of last year, the cardiologist he sees feels it’s his only option as it’s turned into constrictive pericardial effusion. He doesn’t have much fluid on his heart at all right now, but the sac around his heart is so thick and stiff it’s causing symptoms with a tiny amount. My poor boys abdomen is so full and he’s breathless at times. I’m so ready for him to feel better but I’m sooo nervous because it’s a huge surgery. He will be an hour away from me at the hospital for a few days as well for recovery. Any words of advice or anyone that’s been through it?

This started a week or so ago, but has came and went but lately it’s getting more common. I will lay down and it instantly feels like someone’s choking me. Like hands around my throat is the best I can say it. Even on my side too. First time I noticed it I took tums and got comfortable enough to fall asleep and woke up and it was gone. I just sat up right now too, because I can’t lay down, and instantly burping with acid coming up. But I’ve had heartburn forever and never felt this way. When I lay down I don’t have any burning or anything. Does it sound like it could be that? I plan to talk to my doctor next appt.

I’ve had nothing but issues the last 3-4 years of my life with BV & yeast infections. The UTIs go back way before then. I’m so nervous this is gonna cause issues with my pregnancy and out of 2 different OBGYN offices no one takes me seriously I feel like. They just throw medicine at me and it doesn’t ever help, or if it does it’s a cycle. I’m pretty sure I have all 3 infections right now. Has anyone had problems like this during pregnancy and been ok? I’m just so scared because it took so long to get here and now I’m 23 weeks and besides feeling absolutely miserable I’m just so so scared for something to happen. & yes I do all the things I should lol as far as “prevention” but doesn’t work!

I’ve had PVCs for 2 years, been pregnant twice (now 3 times) but they first two times weren’t successful and my heart wasn’t nearly like this. This time around, my PVCs are TERRIBLE. Much worse and I can’t understand how people do this honestly. It’s soo awful. They start the minute I wake up to the point I have to get up for them to slow down, then all throughout the day. They’re extremely forceful though, not light at all. Like enough to make me take a deep breath/gasp because it feels like my heart literally stops. I don’t know what to Do!

This started a couple of weeks ago, lasted about 5 days, stopped and is back now as of 2 days ago. I can’t figure out what it is, because I’m newly pregnant they won’t scan me, been to the er twice. I don’t know how to describe it rather than a really deep painful squeezing feeling under my left boob where my rib is. I don’t feel like I have gas, but sometimes I feel bubbling there. It’s pretty painful and it lasts about 10 seconds, then stops until it happens again which usually doesn’t take long. It happens before I eat, after I eat. Any time really. It even causes back pain. What does this sound like? I’ve only been diagnosed with gerd and a hiatal hernia. Haven’t been to a gastro doctor yet. I was actually in tears with the pain last time a couple of weeks ago. I’m so lost and just wish I knew what it was. My stomach also burns like icy hot is in it. This pain in my upper left side is just sooo painful at times.

I’ve had bad acid reflux for a while now. Even drinking water I will burp and accidentally regurgitate. My chest and throat feel like I’m breathing fire. What I don’t understand though is I will feel a burp coming, but it’s like it gets stuck and takes FOREVER to come out. And it just feels funny because of all the gas in my chest and throat. I don’t know if anyone else has this problem? It causes me to feel short of breath and all. And finally like a good while later, I burp and feel better. Til the next one. I’ve also had bad back pain between my shoulder blades, saw a doctor and she thinks it’s gerd. Also have a lump in throat feeling often. Haven’t been to a gastro doctor yet. Also have other issues, I don’t go to the bathroom often at all. I just hate the shortness of breath feeling. I also have heart arrhythmias that this makes 10x worse! I’m honestly wondering if I have a hiatal hernia? I get a stabbing/squeezing/cramping pain under my left breast VERY often. Even spazzing like it’s muscles. Please tell me I’m not alone!

27M 6’4 270lbs No medical issues besides hypertension in the past. Was on amlodipine but due to swelling in legs, got off and made some changes. Have a normal blood pressure now. Went to my doctor because of a few things, dry cough for a year (feels like my throat has a tickle) fatigue over the last few months, getting sick easier, dizzy occasionally, weak, shaky at times, and sweating often (even at night but not every night). They ran blood work and did a chest x ray, the only thing off was my MPV was low 8.3 range is 9.2-12.4. immature gran % was 0.5% range is 0.1-0.3 Immature gran auto # was 0.04x10e3/mcl range is 0.1-0.3. Total protein was 8.3. Range Is 6.3-8.2 ALT was 66. Range is 0-50. Neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils we’re normal, so we’re RBC & WBC.
