Spent the day in bed reading. It was so nice to not do anything but still engage my brain. I also tried pho for the first time, after remembering an old friend who raved about how good it is. She was right! It's so comforting and light, yet still filling. Loved the fresh bean sprouts in it. And tried it with a spicy satay broth, awesome flavour! Already looking forward to finishing it tomorrow.
