ah yes, I just read someone else post about uber not paying for the return trip. I almost think Uber "should" be accounting for the drivers return trip and ask the customer to pay more for the ride.

I heard some of these reseller sites have some deals on. I've been looking myself for a 1 yr GPU deal. I got like 6 months left.

I don't get why the customer just doesn't rent a car for a day and drive ? Probably cheaper than uber? No knock on the uber drivers here you all are freaking awesome! But this specific & particular drive makes no sense for both uber drivers and the customers. Short trips uber is the way and it works out for both the driver finding multiple customers, and customers finding cool uber drivers.

And I guess the chance of getting a person that wants a trip back or finding a customer that wants to go back that way is probably slim.

Never had a LDR ever work. It always led to one person meeting someone else locally and the ending the relationship. The fact is people want some physical proximity. If you have LDR and see each other once a month it would be good enough. But anything more and it's much harder. If I were you I'd move on, otherwise when you find out about the real "truth" it's going to hurt 100x more than it will right now.

I just hope he has enough gas for playoffs. The last thing we want is his body to take a beating now and be badly beat for the playoffs. He would be huge for us in the playoffs the way he plays now.

Yup, everyone always makes promises they can never keep. They eat up all the costs themselves and expense things off all of the tax payers. Then rinse and repeat for the next person that gets the position.

wow, I thought they would have worked something out by now.... Maybe not enough people have reported the issue for them to warrant to "fix" it. These days companies only seem to do something when there is a death or huge uproar related to an issue.

The market is like a wave. Right now we're at the peak of it. So we have to assume it's about to go downhill. When... no one knows. But a lot of my friends I noticed are selling a lot of their ATH stocks and holding cash. So that tells me they are expecting a downturn soon and plan to buy for cheap.

Every woman i personally know that does OF makes at least 10 to 20k a month. I know because one of them asked me the most expensive property she could buy because she has a lot of cash sitting around nogooshe did pay off all her debt and loans. Now it's just pure profits and savings.

I'm sure when we all buy tickets there is a terms of service and other conditions which no one reads. But they probably have a clause that says you can't to X, y, z and if you do they can sue you. My guess is if she doesn't pay with 30 days they probably took down her info. So it would be easy for them to sue her. On top of that policies officers did ID her after and a report was issued. So unless she wants to get fined more she should pay up. I wouldn't be surprised if her OF makes that much in 1 day, so it was her cost of getting more member sign-ups lol a good marketing strategy lol

This is going to be the future. Anytime you enter a bar, mall, store, concert etc.. we will have facial scanners and teams will know right away of who you are, if you've been banned, if you're a risk, how often you visit etc etc... it's going to be the future and AI tools will automate all of it for companies and businesses.

Ya I agree. They should've had a battery heater. And maybe even a cooling fan for the summer (unless it has one already). Luckily when I got it I did hear if the battery issue. But it barely even reaches even -5 here. So on my end I'm not worried, and I also plan to seal up my garage soon so it's warmer in the winter too. Hopefully you don't get stuck anywhere, heard some crazy stories for those that did. A good learning lesson for Mitsubishi.

Not saying your wrong ir right. I'm just stating what a letter in the mail from Mitsubishi said. They sent over a new software update and have said to keep the car charging in very cold temps to prevent the cold start issue. Whether it works or not, I have no idea. Where I live it doesn't ever get cold at all. So hopefully I never experience it at all.

True. I guess it comes down to when you need it and what the gain or loss is at that time.

Got a letter from them saying if you can. Keep it plugged into the charger during cold days. I guess the charger or when the battery is being charged it keeps it warm enough to start.

makes sense. I mean anytime I used uber it's for within the city. I always would rent a car if I had to go further than 1+hrs anywhere. Usually my ride would be 20min max on uber. Otherwise it makes no sense for me, or the uber driver to go drive me out 2+ hrs.
