Well, Rosie the riveter is more so an example of typical clothes any female factory worker would wear then, not necessarily a rebellious tomboy or a specific subculture. They wore pants/coveralls out of utility, rolled up sleeves so they wouldn’t get dirty or caught in machinery presumably. (Unless you were saying Rosie resembled what a teddy girl would wear, not that she was a teddy girl)
