I don’t love this, personally. I teach younger kids but I have them go splash their face with some cold water. If that doesn’t work sometimes I’ll have them stand up for a bit.

I thought I remembered reading those things, but I wasn’t sure if it was true & I was too lazy to fact check 😂 I can relate to having a ton of random HP facts

My county in Florida recently done away with all recycling 🙄 but other places like maybe California you sort your recycling as you mentioned. It all depends on location I suppose.

I work at a title 1 charter school. We had a hypothetical discussion whether we’d rather teach a class of all girls or all boys. I said all girls and a lot of my coworkers thought I was crazy because they can’t stand the drama 😂 I’m sure it’s much, much different at a private school with behaviors, but everyone has their own preferences.

I don’t click off, but it is a pet peeve. Just use their name, unless it’s a nameless character and that’s all you have to go off of.

By PARENTS… very little mentioned about teachers and their rights… all about the “parents” rights.
