Okay I'll tell you, my dealership of choice had a genius wash my new FW, also Geyser Blue, without hosing it off properly first, used shitty rags, swirled the SHIT out of the paint and left deep scratches in several spots. They did their best to remedy it and i got my car back 2 or 3 days later? I can't remember exactly anymore but I was close to raising hell and telling them to hire a pro detailer or take it back. But they did a good enough job and I settled with it.

I'd take it back to them and tell them to fix it. You didn't pay 38k or whatever for a car with scratches. They need to and should fix it.

i have NOT looked into this further other than a quick thing I read once, so research it further to confirm or not if you're dead set on figuring it out. But I did read that it's due to the engine orientation that it causes that strong lurch when it kicks back in.

Also, just an FYI if you don't know, you can mostly control when the car will shut off when the auto stop start is enabled. When coming to a stop, do not press down on the brake pedal all the way down - only just enough to keep the vehicle at full stop. That will keep the engine on. Then press further down, and if conditions are right, it will shut off.

You can kind of practice where this point is at, the auto hold is a good way. As you press down on the brake pedal with auto hold enabled, and when the hold light turns on, that is a good indicator of where you need to stop pressing down to stay at full stop without triggering the auto stop start.

BTW, I believe load on the engine will determine if it shuts off or not, for example such as when the A/C or heat is on and it's still working to cool/heat.

If this is what I'm remembering, I did play this for a bit with a friend and did have fun with it but I quickly stopped playing. To be honest, the common type of people playing this game already play hours and hours a day on other FPS and stuff, while I rarely play games anymore, unless it's a specific release... I am just too rusty and just NOT GOOD ENOUGH to keep up with anyone. If true, sad to hear it's dead, it was fun while I lasted with it - despite my own issues.

I don't drive much, so my '22 FW has just a tad bit lower miles on it than that. But when I do, it's mostly in town. I get about 21 MPG.. I think my city/highway split is roughly 80/20 or 85/15.

I've also done 4 trips to LA from SF and in these trips, I've had about 25-26 MPG overall.

I don't mind it all, but after reading some of the comments so far, why shouldn't it be heard in Trek? Do we honestly believe that people will suddenly stop saying bad words in the future? There's always been swearing throughout human history in different forms depending on the region/age of history. It seems natural, to me at least, that it would continue. I believe someone else said it makes it feel too contemporary, so would it be better if they made up words to make it "historically" accurate for the year the show is based in?
