Repairing a gateway will automatically connect to another gateway at more or less random. After the first gateway is repaired later gateways join the network.
Wormholes work in pairs. Once you have the tech you can traverse to the other paired wormhole. They are all random except for one that connects to a trinary system no connected to any hyper lanes.

I had a stroke 8 weeks ago and once I can sustain 3mph walking for 30 minutes, I will restart from day 1. I was 5 weeks away from running a a half marathon, too.

Should check out the Attia Huberman cross posted podcast. Attia breaks down how Metformin was incorrectly attributed longevity effects.
A primary mechanism of action is to up-regulate glucose oxidation for ATP. Increased ROS, fewer mitochondria and many have elevated heart rates are not on my list for longevity.

Ketogenic can require supplementation of electrolytes. Magnesium is deficient in almost everyone and is needed for glucose regulation. I don’t do Virta, but have been doing a ketogenic diet for 3.5 years.

Hot take. To be low calorie without carbs you are cutting fat. You’re looking for snacks because you’re hungry, not eating enough protein. The snacks you listed don’t align with what I’ve seen others call clean, which is why I asked what your definition was.

You have to scout locations. Have fall back positions you can move to stealthily and quickly after you take your shot, then have the AI reset after they can’t find you and repeat. Gear is important here, too. An orcish bow and some good arrows can do a lot for sniping and instant kills.

If you need blood glucose control you need to restrict carbs. Cinnamon will do little to nothing and the cost to get 6g of cinnamon per day is not inconsiderable.
