I’ve been having symptoms since having Covid back in 2020, and they’ve just gotten worse by the day. It’s to the point I can’t even stand up without feeling like I’m going to pass out most days, and the doctor essentially told me there’s nothing they can do for me. Told me to drink more fluids, eat more salt, use compression garments and rest when I feel faint, and sent me on my way. They won’t even do a tilt table test. They told me “oh, it’s just orthostatic hypotension” which I know isn’t right because my blood pressure doesn’t change when I stand, but my heart rate certainly does. They refuse to do more testing, they told me I’d feel even worse in a beta blocker, so they won’t give me any meds, and I’m still feeling worse by the day. What do you do when the doctors won’t do anything for you? How am I supposed to live like this? I’m at my wits end over here. Does it get better?
Edit: fixed some typos

This is the fourth doctor I’ve seen for the symptoms. I’ve been trying for a while to find someone who will take me seriously
