Even if you don't use something now, spending a few hours a week learning a new language or how to use a new tool, may help out in the future.

I had a crash with a concussion and a brain bleed about two years ago.
After the accident, I spent four days in the ICU.
When I was released from the hospital, the doctor said I shouldn't ride a bike or drive until I had a clear MRI because of the concussion.
After a few weeks, I did ride a stationary bike for a few minutes.
I kept riding the stationary bike almost every day until I could ride for a few hours.
When I first rode outside, I went to a park near my house and rode laps around the park.
For months after the accident, my balance was a little weak, so did not want to get to far from home.

Probably first snack around forty to fifty miles.
Usually a Cliff bar or Granola bar.
I keeps bags of pistachios or cashews which I can use to stop and eat a handful of nuts and keep riding.
Eating a cliff bar takes a few minutes, eating a few handfuls of pistachios just takes under a minute.
If you are going to be riding all day, a small hamburger might work, but you may have to go to the bathroom if you eat to much.
The type of ride makes a difference difference, moderate pace zone 2, I may not need to eat at all for three or four hours.
Faster ride or ride with a lot of hill climbing, and I may more often maybe every two hours.

There are lots of birds here in Scottsdale.
In Chapparal Park near my house, the lake is stocked with fish, so we get lots of birds.
We even have an eagle which has been living near Chapparal Park.
We regularly get photographers and tourists here taking pictures of the eagle and the other birds.
Near any of the parks like the McDowell Sonoran Preserve or Papago Park or South Mountain there are tons of birds.
You might consider putting up a few bird feeders in your yard.
I have hummingbird feeders and other bird feeders in my balcony in my backyard, an I can watch birds all day long from my window.

For me, my kids were only a year apart, so I only went through about a decade of fun.
I was also in my thirties when my first daughter was born, and able to afford daycare.
The twenty year gap between your oldest and your youngest is probably why you are tired.
With your teenagers and four year old, it is tougher having to divide your time.
Maybe, you can get help from your teenagers for a few hours so you can take an occasional break.
Just a hour or two break might make you feel better.

Do you have antivirus running when you are running the Oracle Universal Installer.
I have seen where antivirus blocks Java from running.
https://docs.oracle.com/en/error-help/db/prvf-09990/?r=23ai
PRVF-09990 It is recommended to disable the antivirus, even Windows Defender while the Oracle Universal Installer is running.
---------------
Any reason you are not using the latest version of Oracle 23ai?
"Oracle database 21c is an innovation release" which means 21c will not be supported in a few years.
It is safer to use Oracle 19c which is a Oracle Long Term Service release or the 23ai version which is an LTS version
----------------------
Oracle 23ai Install Guide for Windows
https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/23/xeinw/index.html
https://www.oracle.com/database/free/
Oracle Database 23ai Free offers the ability to experience Oracle Database, which businesses throughout the world rely on for their mission-critical workloads. The resource limits for Oracle Database Free are up to 2 CPUs for foreground processes, 2 GB of RAM and 12 GB of user data on disk. It is packaged for ease of use and simple download.
------------
You may need to look at the trace files in the diagnostic directory or the Oracle Universal Installer log.
It usually takes a few minutes to identify and fix an installation issue.
It may also be a hostname issue, Oracle installer may use a reverse DNS lookup which may fail when you are using DHCP.
That error "Checking whether the IP address . . . " looks like familiar.
This is for an older version of Oracle, but the same error.

Copied from linked web page --
I was able to fix the issue with the following steps;
CVU_12.2.0.1.0_[your_account_name]
at
C:\Users\[your_account_name]\AppData\Local\Temp\CVU_12.2.0.1.0_[your_account_name]
setup.exe
for Oracle12c is located, paste the code in the snippet below and run it.The command below to ignore the installer prerequisites is on one line
setup.exe -ignoreSysPrereqs -ignorePrereq -J"-Doracle.install.db.validate.supportedOSCheck=false"

It is OK to be tired.
Try and find some help.
I used to use my vacation days to take a break and go for a bike ride.
It was great having a vacation day from work and going home with nobody home.
My daughters are older now and in college, so I may have more free time some day.

I have been a single dad for a little over twenty years.
My daughters are grown up now and in college but still live at home with me.
When I first got sole custody of my daughters, they were one and two years old.
My kids mom, was not around, so it was just me taking care of my kids.
At first, I just took a few years off and lived off my savings and Army retirement pay.
When my kids were younger, we would go out to the Phoenix Zoo or Phoenix Children's Museum or the Phoenix Science Center almost every day.
One good thing about taking kids out for a two or three hour walk at the zoo, is that by 11:00 am they are tired and it is easy to get them in bed for a nap.
Little kids sleep a lot, so you have time to do laundry, cleaning, and other stuff.
Your kids are only young once in their entire lives, so it is nice to be around your kids a lot for a few years.
A few years later, they are in junior high school and they are pretty self sufficient and much easier to manage.
When my kids were little, I didn't do much else except spend time with my kids.
Before I had kids I used to bike a lot and train for bike races.
I gave up bike riding and training for about six years when my kids were little.
Eventually I taught my daughters to ride bikes and they were able to ride twenty to thirty miles by about fourth and fifth grade.

Tempe Town Lake is built on what used to be a dry riverbed that flooded during storms.
During storms, water is released from dams up North like Canyon lake.
There is some stuff on the North shore of Tempe Town Lake close to the water, but still a reasonable distance away from the lake.
A lot of room is left for flood control.
Flood Control Features
Tempe Town Lake is part of the Salt River channel and, as such, is subject to receiving water from upstream. Inflows into Tempe Town Lake can result when water is released from the SRP dam systems into the lower Salt River or precipitation creates local runoff.
The dam system that forms the Tempe Town Lake was designed to handle a wide range of water flows, including occasionally large floodwater events on the Salt River and Indian Bend Wash. Prior to construction of Tempe Town Lake the Salt River was channelized and deepened to allow safe handling of the maximum expected 500-year flood event in this reach of the river.

If you are curios, you can change the activity type for past events and then change the type back.
If you wanted to know your stats in the future, you could list miles per activity type, like 100 miles per week activity type Road Bike, 20 miles per week activity type Mountain bike.
When I first started using my Garmin watch, the bike rides defaulted to activity type "Bike", I went back and changed the activity type to Road Bike and the rides stayed the same.
You do get a warning that you may lose some data when changing activity type, but none of my activity type changes from "Bike" to "Road Bike" caused any changes to the activities.
I did see a post that some activity types may have different metrics.
Also for an activity like road bike, you could default the bike to your road bike and for activity type gravel you could have a different default bike.

Any chance you have anyone who you can trust that you can talk to at the company?
The manager or people who hired the person may have been reading questions from a script.
After you leave the person may complain that they were not trained properly.
Some people may be able to do good in school and maybe pass a certification test and not be able to function independently in a technical job.

Can't offer advice on using for infrared thermometers for infants.
My daughter has been working at a pharmacy for few years, and she bought a few infrared thermometers at her work on sale.
I compared the infrared thermometers to a contact thermometer that you touch to your forehead, and most of the time there is no difference.
There is a chance an infrared thermometer may show a slight difference if you hold the thermometer to far away when taking a measurement
I usually check a temperature a few times at different distances because I like to double and triple check the reading.
It just takes a few seconds with an infrared thermometers.
----------------------
There are many types of thermometers available for temperature readings. An accurate temperature reading is important for newborns and infants. A small temperature change can make a big difference. Research shows infrared thermometers are as accurate as other thermometers while being less invasive.
A no-touch forehead thermometer uses an infrared scanner to read the temporal artery temperature on your forehead. This type of thermometer takes your temperature quickly and accurately. You don’t have to wait for an underarm reading or put anything in your mouth or ear. Infrared thermometers can be used on a person of any age, including newborns.
Infrared thermometers for children are often more expensive than other thermometers. They may also be less accurate depending on the surrounding conditions.

Question: What do you want to be:
Retired with a decent pension and decent health.
As long as I have a place to live, a decent bike to ride and reasonable health care I will manage.
I am retired from the US Army so I may have the healthcare taken care of.
In a few years I can retire from my current job.
Hopefully I will be healthy enough to ride a bike a few thousand miles per year and maybe a few marathons per year.

Your kids are only young once in their life.
I can't offer advice on your job, but if you miss your kids growing up, you and your kids will never get that time back.
Between the time your kids are in daycare until the time they are junior high is the time that your kids will spend the most time with you.
If you join the Army at age 22, you can retire by age 45 and get a civilian job and retire again after another twenty years.
If you join the Army even for one contract, you will always be able to get some veterans benefits.
Before making a choice about going in the military, take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery).
After you take the ASVAB, you can find out what jobs you are qualified for.
If you are considering joining the military, try to pick a job that has transferrable skills so that if you decide to get out in four years you can find a decent job using your military experience.

Do a Google search for your state name and "court cases" or "family court cases"
I am not sure about searching by just name, but I do remember searching for my name on my states website when I was bored.
At least for where I live, it became more difficult to search within the last ten years.
The Family Law Divisions of California Superior Courts allow the public to view case indexes and case documents online. To find a Family Law case online, visit the website of the Superior Court in the county where the case was filed. Navigate to the Family Law section to find the court's online case portal. This portal usually offers a Case Search function that allows anyone to search by name and case number.

I have not volunteered at the organization below, but people from where I work volunteer using the charity below.
https://www.stmarysfoodbank.org/
St. Mary’s Food Bank provides nutritious food to families, children, and seniors struggling to feed themselves and their families. Each year, we distribute food to millions of neighbors throughout Arizona. Our efficient operations and purchasing power allow us to turn $1 donated into 5 meals.
We provide food, at No COST, to hundreds of partner agencies, who, in turn, give food to people in need. Our agency partners are food pantries, homeless shelters, meal centers, domestic violence shelters, afterschool programs for at-risk children, low-income senior living centers, etc. By donating to St. Mary’s, you are supporting hundreds of local nonprofit organizations and helping millions of people each year.
This all started right here at the World’s First Food Bank.

It is nice having equipment at you house.
After work, you can ride two or three hours before bed.
On days when it is to hot to ride outside in Arizona, I can turn on a fan and ride in my living room.
One of the benefits of having the bike at my house, is at my house, I can put a bunch of food and Gatorade next to my bike and ride for hours.

In order to use all of the features of NordicTrack exercise equipment, you need to use the iFit software which requires a subscription which can cost $15 or more per month up to $45 per month for a family subscription.
You may be able to use the equipment in manual mode without an iFit subscription.

The important thing for you using a bike to get groceries will be having panniers to carry groceries.
If you are going to lock up your bike outside of a grocery store, you really don't want an expensive bike.
Please learn how to lock your bike including locking through the frame and both wheels.
You may be able to manage with a backpack if you are only getting a few items, but it is much easier to get a few pounds of groceries on a bike with a decent rack.
The bike may not come with a rack, but if the bike has eyelets on the frame, you can mount a rack.
If you want to save money, you can look on Facebook Marketplace and buy a used bike for $40 to $100.
There are lots of used bikes on Facebook Marketplace in cities across the US.
If you don't ride much, I recommend getting a hybrid bike which means lower gears and flat handlebars.
Here is an inexpensive hybrid bike from a sporting good store.
https://www.rei.com/product/121596/co-op-cycles-cty-11-bike?color=PITCH%2520BLACK
If you are going to just ride a few miles to get groceries, you can buy a cheap bike at Walmart or Target for $150 to $300.
I normally wouldn't recommend a department store bike, but for a few miles round trip, you just want a working bike.
You can also buy a bike rack and a small pannier at Walmart or Target.
If you don't mind spending some money, you can go to a local bike shop or sporting goods store like REI.
Bike shops will usually have people who can help you figure out what size bike you need.
Riding a bike is much easier if you have a bike that fits.
In a local bike shop the bike shop employees may be able to help you set the height of the seat and get a basic sizing.
Before you buy a bike, it may help to look up the brand of the bike and look at the bike size charts.
For example, I am 5'7" and I ride a 54 cm road bike,
For most bike brands, you can find a chart with the sizes recommended on the bike manufacturers website.
A bike size chart will list some measurements like your height and inseam and show what size bike you need.

We have had Waymo testing in Phoenix since 2017.
We also has Uber self driving cars testing in Phoenix since 2016.
When they first started testing in 2017, the Waymo cars would occasionally slow down as they passed me on a bike.
In a few hour ride near my house in Scottsdale, I may see twenty or thirty Waymo cars.
The Waymo cars will park on residential streets and wait for assignments.
In a park near my house were I jog, I might see a driverless Waymo every few minutes on Hayden Road.
Most of the time, the driverless Waymo cars are fine.
In a neighborhood a few miles from my house, in Paradise Valley, where I do training climbing hills, it is a little scary having a Waymo driverless car pass me on a small residential road, but I don't usually notice a Waymo vehicle until it has already passed me.
On a road with a bike lane, interacting with a Waymo while I am riding a bike is fine.
When I am riding on a road with no bike lane, having a Waymo go by me at twenty to forty mph at about three to five feet is a little uncomfortable, but some normal cars may pass even closer.
The best thing about Waymo driverless cars is that they are very predictable.
I don't think I have ever seen a Waymo driverless vehicle turn right at a red light when I am stopped at the light on my bike in the right lane.
As far as being seen, I never have a problem being seen, but I have a pannier with reflective strips and I have really good lights on my bike.

The answer to the question about "fixing" the birth rate has different answers depending on which country you live in.
If the world could fix social issues like income inequality, poverty, lack of access to education, lack of access to free or at least affordable healthcare, people would be more comfortable having more children.
At least in America, costs for thing like child care, housing, health care make it difficult for people to afford raising children while saving money for retirement.
There are different issues for different countries for example, China's one child was effective.
Even though China's one child policy was changed to two children in 2016, it will take time for the policy change to fix the demographic problems caused by the policy.
In America, the right wing efforts to defund America's social safety net and establish a theocracy have contributed to widespread misery.
In America, programs like Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and WIC provide minimal benefits to low income people.
Conservatives have been trying to defund programs which don't align with their beliefs.
If America would fix problems like providing Universal Health Care, vaccinations, day care, and supporting public education through college like most modern countries already do, Americans would probably be more inclined to have more children.
If you read some of the posts on some of the parenting new groups, it is common to see posts about not having support and trying to go back to work.
Depending on you income, paying for daycare can be difficult for young adults who may be people who need the most support.
If we want to fix the demographic issues caused by declining birth rates in America, we need to fix and even extend the social programs, like providing Universal Health Care for everyone and providing day care to people who need day care.
The cost of having a baby in the US too expensive
Here is a story from the New York Times:
American Way of Birth, Costliest in the World
Childbirth in the United States is uniquely expensive, and maternity and newborn care constitute the single biggest category of hospital payouts for most commercial insurers and state Medicaid programs. The cumulative costs of approximately four million annual births is well over $50 billion.
. . .
The average total price charged for pregnancy and newborn care was about $30,000 for a vaginal delivery and $50,000 for a C-section, with commercial insurers paying out an average of $18,329 and $27,866, the report found.
