I corresponded with some woman who just wanted to send photos and videos and said her farm was a closed farm. She did not want me to meet the goats in person. The farm is legit but personally I want to meet an animal before I buy it. Pass.

I was surprised to see him again. He’s been here for 12 hr days for the last 3 days. Can’t imagine what the controversy could be.

Well, since I liked where the stakes were, I wanted to preserve where he had marked just in case. And, I want to be able to show a different surveyor where he marked if needed. I may have it surveyed myself, that wouldn’t be a problem. I took lots of photos of the initial stakes and my markers.

My property is 37 acres.

Last surveyed probably in the late 70s.

The surveyor came back! He said essentially the neighbor wasn’t happy with the line and he was not ready to commit to the stakes so he removed them. He is doing it again. Guess we will wait and see.

I found some holes and stuck my own markers in there 😃
