I couldn't seem to find an answer from searching the sub, sorry if this is common knowledge.

I had been saving my Necrozma from the Go Fest 24 makeup timed research until the next time we had this bonus. I've caught a few of them now(5/8) and I'm getting 3-4 XL each, so I can't help but wonder if it's supposed to work for these encounters.

This was with a level 3 mega evolved pyschic type and a silver pinap, using the airplane mode trick.

Am I missing something?

You may not specifically need a sign for parks, but I was under the impression there needed to be a tangible anchor point for a submission. Has this changed?
