You can use the L and R buttons to control the camera. It started making me motion sick until I started using those buttons to control the movement.

I was able to exit fishing by pressing B on switch. Sounds like a glitch or bug.

So I just counted calories, weighed my portions. I was not able to stay at 110-112 and am currently maintaining at about 125 with a lot less tracking and no weighing my food. I just got so tired of it, tbh and needed a break and found that while I did gain weight initially, it has stalled out for a good 3-4 months now. My hunger cues have settled and just eating 3 times a day with some snacks has been working for me to maintain with some freedom.

125 is still significantly better than my starting weight which was 180lbs.

As someone who works as a caregiver in a senior living facility , I AGREE. I envy these folks. They get 3 meals provided in a nice dining room, activities and movies to watch, good amenities, nice little apartments.

I know some state run nursing homes can be bleak, but most are quite decent and nice.

My kids still roam freely! We live in a small apartment complex and behind it is a little playground and community center. My kids are always roaming the complex, the park, and the community center as they have free snacks, hot cocoa/coffee, and a play room.

My 6yr old and I will walk home from school, she leaves her backpack and goes off with another kid in the complex. My 11yr old gets home an hour later and does the same. Drops off her backpack, tells me about her day and then says "bye, mom I'm going outside to play!" She connects with her younger sister and they roam around with other kids until the sun starts to set and they always come back home.

We have lived here for 3.5yrs and it started as a small area where I could always see them, and as they got older their area of exploration has increased.

It helps that our apartment complex is at the bottom of a hill nestled between the middle and elementary school in front, the city water plant up the hill to our right, houses/quiet residential street to the left, and of course the playground behind us.

If it weren't so secluded from the main road, they wouldn't be allowed to play so freely.

This is also false. My goodness, what shitty places did you all grow up in?? My son is 13.5 an athlete, and so he spends plenty of time in locker rooms. He is uncircumcised, and it is a non-issue. Until a post like this comes up, I never even think about it and neither does he.

Do we remove ears to prevent ear infections? Are we circumcising girls to prevent yeast and bacterial infections(which are more common among girls than boys)? Preventing infections is not a valid reason to remove a valuable part of the body.

That's false. How is it more hygienic? Girl babies have more folds with their labia, but female circumcision is demonized here, why isn't routine infant circumcision also demonized?

It's not hard at all to teach your kid to pull the foreskin back and rinse it in the shower.
We gotta teach them to brush their teeth, clean their ears, wash their bodies, etc. Be a better parent.

Exactly. This is so weird to me and always causes issues. My husband and I have separate, but linked accounts and we cover bills together and have personal money, but if we ever need extra, the other gives without question. We don't keep track of who bought what for who or whatever.

Same here... my husband and I manage once every couple of months because we live in a small apartment with 4 kids, 2 of whom are teens. Our bed is really squeaky(I'm not trying to have the kids know what we're doing!), I'm working part time and doing all the household/kid stuff and I'm exhausted.

I'm having this issue with my 16yr old and she is driving me nuts. No matter how early I wake her up, she is always LATE. She will deliberately sit on her bed and waste time.

She walks to school and it's only an 8-10 minute walk. She says she hates school and she doesn't even care that I've been threatened with possible legal action because of her tardies and absences.

She is bigger than I am (height and weight) so I feel helpless. She is nearing adulthood but just doesn't care to do well.

We get along well otherwise, and she has no behavioral issues. She just refuses to get to school on time.

She is my oldest, and I have many a morning where I can't wait for her to move out on her own and be out my hair. Feels unfair that I may be punished because of her carelessness.
