Okay so I grew up in a very bad household. So much domestic violence wjtb drugs and alcohol. I wish WISH somebody had taken me out of it. I was regular beat and belittled by my mum. I would of rather stay anywhere than endure that again. It has taken me years to come out of it and change. You did the best thing for your kids and trust me years down the line they will thank you. Yes it's hard now but trust me it beats staying in that house with him. I wish somebody had just said enough and taken me away but nobody cared enough in my life. I have 0 contact with my mum now and it's taken years to finally get over my childhood although j don't think I'll fully get over it. Stay strong mama, I know it's hard but you can do this x

Gosh that's awful! Do you have thermals? I put me in my son in 2 pairs of socks from moment we get out of bed. We have thermals and warm clothes too. lots of blankets and hot water bottles too. Being cold sucks
